Wish I could post zero starts, was my absolute favorite place to go hands down. It is now going on 2 months of me going twice a week trying to get a drink. I’m constantly being told machines are down, being cleaned, don’t have the blender. My order is a pain in the butt to make and I know a lot of the time they just don’t want to make it. Absolutely ridiculous.

My only complaint is prices, which is standard for Cold Stone but a little more than other places in the area.

The service was terrible...not familiar with sizing on ice cream here and the server behind the counter was not very helpful considering I was purchasing for children. Servers should be more considerate when customers ask questions! Would not go back here again!
