Absolutely the best Authentic Mexican food we have had in a very long time!! They were really busy, but only waited like 2 or 3 min for a table. Food came out extremely hot and so very delicious. We love to come here for the delicious food and very reasonable prices. Service is always quick. There's always a crowd. The atmosphere and the drinks are unpretentious. I love to look at the booth seating with their carvings and artwork. You don't see many of them around anymore.
We knew we were in the right place when we saw all of the locals in here. I had a shrimp enchilada along with rice and beans and we ordered guacamole to go with it. Mui bueno! Great authentic atmosphere and service. I ordered grilled fish and shrimp, it came with poco de gallo, beans, guacamole, rice, sautéed veggies. This loving family restaurant has it all. Been there many times on vacation. They ALL greet me like I am family. I love every minute there. Food is fantastic 🤩. When on Mustang Island we eat breakfast, and dinner several times during our stay.
