Arby's

Ordered a chicken sandwich and had to wait over 5 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. I told them it was no problem and waited. I was the only one in there ordering food at the time in the middle of the night. Got my sandwich and ate a couple bites and then noticed it was RAW chicken! I am beyond disgusted with this. I’ve lost my appetite for a day now and feel like throwing up anytime I think about this incident.

I don't know if it's just this location or the pandemic in general but they definitely ARE NOT putting the same amount of roast beef on the regular roast beef sandwich. Worked for Arby's for years a long time ago and they weighed their meat then to make sure the portions was the same so I'm not sure why it seems so be a smaller amount but with increased prices. And the service was slow.

I go to this location regular. Spend lots of money here. I get emails pretty regular. So at the location in Port Allen, I go to get my birthday gift an get told they cant go by the email from Arby's it has to be a hard copy on paper that gets sent through the mail. I personally think it's more to that. Someone needs to see what the problem is. Because I always use my email for receiving coupons. An the coupon simply says to just show to cashier. Someone needs to fix this problem because I'm all about saving any amount of money. Who isn't. That's the only reason I got the app an signed up for email. What other reason would I anyway.

Here's your #13 Roast Buffalo chicken sandwich! The one pictured on the menu! Which is not what you get if you just order a #13. That is actually the crispy buffalo sandwich which is not pictured! Hard to get mad at the staff when its obviously a bait and switch move by the corporation! Just stick with the beef and cheddar! Hard to screw that up!
