If I could leave negative stars, I would. Pulled up at the drive through 15-20 minutes till closing, and they tell me they’re closed. Now I could understand a limited menu. But don’t just tell me you’re closed cause you’re too lazy to do your job. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. The food is always wrong. They always take forever for “fast food”. This place is terrible. The manager needs to hire some people that actually want to work and actually does their job right. I’ve given them multiple chances. But after tonight, I’m done. I won’t be back. This Taco Bell makes Pontotoc look bad.

This location is absolutely awful. The most disrespectful staff I have ever talked to. Closed at 9pm, but had a sign on door that said they were closing at 8pm..... OK no problem it's 7:30pm so they should still be open right? Wrong. Informed me that they were closed at 7:30 and if I had a problem with it, I could call their corporate. Spoke to a girl named Erika at the location who said she was the manager (this after they lied and said there was no manager). Worst experience I've ever had with any fast food chain in my life...... you need to do better.

We pulled up in a semi and walked inside and nobody would acknowledge we were standing there. We went to the kiosk to place our order and as we were doing so a girl walked up to us and informed us they were not taking orders inside. She hollared that to whoever in the back and started walking away. We told her that we were in a semi and pointed it out and told her we cannot take it through the drive through. Nobody said anything else to us so we walked out. The door should not be unlocked if orders cannot be taken inside! Why can't you put a sign on the door stating people cannot order inside??? Everywhere else is now open except yall? Won't waste my time TRYING to eat here again.

We love Taco Bell. But we have given this one chance after chance and they fail. Orders are always missing something and the food that you do receive is put together poorly. We will not be back.

Paid for combo breakfasts, did not receive hash browns nor napkins. Awning over outside ordering speaker is too small to protect my vehicle from rain coming in my window. Had to repeat my order three times.

If I could give this particular Toco Bell negative stars I would. The customer service is a joke. Their closing times change for whoever works that night. I have been yelled at and laughed at on two separate occasions. I work with food and the public and I would never treat a customer this way. I wish that someone from their corporate office could come to our small town in Pontotoc MS and re-train these girls, so that we could have a decent Taco Bell. My husband and I feed our children on a budget Taco Bell offers a craving pack that is affordable. When we go through this particular Taco Bell and order this particular meal we are told at 8 o’clock that they are closing in 15 minutes this has happened on three separate occasions.I know that Taco Bell closes at 9 o’clock and she simply wants to be rude. I only know her first name because she absolutely refused to give me her managers name or her last name.

I love taco bell, unfortunately this one constantly shifts between awful and decent. It stays more in the awful range than the decent one. I've given them several chances over the years, and I never complain.
After this recent screw up, I've decided I'm done. I won't be back.
Past Thursday night I went through the drive thru. I was the only person. Service was fast. Unfortunately I got charged for food that wasn't actually put in my bag, I didn't get a straw, and the food I did receive was awful.
The one taco I did get was almost empty and tasted like it was left from lunch. Quesadilla was almost all bread. I essentially got charged 9$ for an old empty taco and some bread.
It's sad really. Waited so many years for Pontotoc to get a taco bell, and then we get one that always has some issue: "new employees" "truck didn't come" "its lunch but we're out of shells, meat, cheese, and lettuce. What would you like?" "it's not our fault."
Im looking forward to spending my 9$ next time on another restaurant, where I can expect to actually receive what I ordered.

I use to work here and i don't suggest eatting here,The wokers handled food with there fake fingernails pricing through the gloves, most workers won't wash there hands, worker's were vaping by the bathrooms and in the kitchen, they had a 14 year old filling out the manager's paperwork the roof was leaking water and falling down in the lobby and the smell of mold was unbearable, employees would slap box in the parking lot, and the kitchen stated beyond disgusting and the prep process was extremely sloppy.
