I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for over two years. Up until recently, the service has been satisfactory. My last order, I was informed that my home was outside their delivery zone. I have never had this issue until now. I lodged my complaint with the corporate office who then forwarded it to the location’s management. It’s been over a week, and I have been yet to be contacted. I know for a fact that Domino’s will deliver to my location. It’s disappointing that after two years of being a loyal customer, Pizza Hut is willing to lose an area of customers who order regularly.

The pizza was completely flat. No rise in the crust at all. Paid for extra cheese. Not at all what they usually put on it. Tasted like a freezer pizza.

My order was a little bit late but I didn’t mind because the driver was so great! Super nice guy, even though it was a short exchange he earned them the 5 stars.

EVERYTIME I ORDER SOMETHING EXTRA, with out fail, this hut messes it up. I will never understand how people can’t follow simple directions. ESPECIALLY when it is their job. Or perhaps they are getting paid to screw it up. Could it be that management does not care? Judging by ALL OF THE BAD reviews, I have to wonder!!! Done with them!!!!

This is the second time that they have messed up my order and instead of fixing it immediately they want me to wait another hour to get the rest of my food because they messed up and didn’t bring me what I ordered.
