Dunkin'

Went there for a couple coffees and they answered all of my questions and were patient with me. They even offered me a donut with the coffee deal that after looking at my receipt was cheaper then what i wouldve paid had i just gotten the two coffees. The product is standard seeing as it is a franchise but the service at this location was excellent

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Not only was it extremely difficult to understand the individual through the drive through when we pulled up he had such a horrible attitude to us. He yelled at us when my husband asked him nicely what he was saying because he couldn't understand between the mumbles and mask. We have had multiple friends experience similar issues from this specific dunkin come to find out that guy is THE OWNER!!! I'm not exactly sure as to why he feels it's ok to be blatantly rude to customers, but he shouldn't be working with the public much less own a business. Won't ever go back and since then we have been sending people to the one on University.
