Taco Bell

Yesterday I just experienced one of the dumbest individuals ever in a drive-through window. This poor kid refuses to think for himself. Total confusion from the time I start talking. Every time I state what I want he tries to end the order and give me my total. When I get to the window it gets worse. He has no idea what's in my order. I ask where is the rest and where's my receipt. He says that's it. I tell him look for the rest and he starts blaming others. The other person argues with him about what I ordered. I offered assistance on what I actually ordered but they can't listen to me. That place needs a manager bad.

Waited an hour in the drive through for an online order with the wife. Drive thru wait was long but not necessarily the stores fault. At the stall, the lady recited our order correctly, but after another ten minute slog, the order is entirely wrong. My wife is vegetarian, and bit into a black bean crunch wrap that made my double beef burrito look like an easy portion. I went inside and brought the food inside, to get it replaced. After waiting at the drive thru, I was surprised with how swiftly they made and expedited my food. But lo and behold the other caveat; no tomato, which I not only placed on the original ticket, but also enunciated to the cashier, and heard the cooks recite this information to themselves. I don't know if it's purposeful indignation, or hapless ignorance. The wait so nice, you do it twice.

Went on a Friday night at 930. Husband went in to order bc drive thru didn't seem to be moving. I waited in car while they went in. 45 min later my husband comes out with NO FOOD and says they refused to refund his money or make our food. Order was placed on kiosk 1 and he has receipt. The receipt shows the following date at 230 am, which was impossible bc inside locks at 10pm. the shift manager told my husband there was nothing she could do. Can't get a refund and they don't have his order. She then proceeded to ignore him waiting an additional 15 min while telling the story of him to other employees. They seemed to think this was really funny. He just wanted someone to either make the food or issue a refund. I called following morning and spoke with store manager who is trying to make this up to us. Will be issuing a refund that I have to back to store to get, and will be pulling cameras up from the time we were there. All I can do is hope that something is done as repercussion from this incident of total lack of respect and service. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this shift. Will not be back to this location.

Ariah and Elena were so kind and gracious! I ordered a Mexican pizza through the app (so happy it’s back!) and when they learned it was also my birthday, they made sure I was taken care of. It was such a wonderful experience to encounter super happy employees who went above and beyond to please a customer on a special day. I hope management sees this and rewards (especially Ariah!) for their excellent customer service!

Went through the drive thru, waited extremely long. Orders were being taken one by one, and made individually. Had to go back through 3 times and still never recieved the correct order. We even had handfuls of lettuce on items that don't even have lettuce on them. Shouldn't have wasted my money. Dont waste yours

The absolute worst Taco Bell on the face of the earth I have pictures and photos of waiting 22 minutes in line with no cars in front of me for. A Mexican pizza that taste like cardboard freezing cold a rude little girl name Bridget I spent $19.12 also to be treated like this I will never and I mean never I don’t care where it is in the world ever eat at Taco Bell again because of this I want immediate refund I threw my food out the window. Slowest moving line in existence. I waited in line for 30 minutes because once you're in line, there is no outlet or escape. I finally get to the stand where you place your order only to be told the car in front of me was the last order. (They weren't supposed to be closed) This is great for my health because I'm never going back. Passed by on the way home an hour later, there was still a line wrapped around the building.
