Starbucks

I normally have pretty decent service here. I'm there several times a week and I realize they are always slammed. But, when you don't communicate with the cashier... I was accused of being rude. When asked how I was rude the barista said, WHATEVER. Everyone in the store heard. I've never been treated like that as a customer, anywhere. I told her I have a kid water with my drink. She said I would have to have a ticket for the water. She was prepared to send me to the end of the slammed line, over a kid water. She made a scene, I'd I cared it would have been embarrassing. Can't wait for the drive thru to open.💯

It is located inside of Food Pyramid, and there are no places to sit and drink your coffee or eat, so basically it's all to go. The employees are always nice. They have a small amount of merchandise to buy. You can't get any of the promotions such as birthday drinks at this location because it is inside of a store. I really only have one thing that I don't like about this Star Bucks. They don't put enough flavor in my drinks half the time. My grand daughter got a strawberry frappuccino a couple of days ago that tasted like a diluted strawberry milk. It was so bad she didn't drink it. That pretty much ruined her special Star Bucks time. We had already left and didn't have time to go back and add flavor. 🙄

Really bad customer service, I asked for a refund due to the fact that the customer service was not up to standard...then the batista starts arguing with me blaming me for everything being very disrespectful..She said that she was not trained to give refunds back so I informed them that I was not leaving unless I get my money back I was not going to purchase their service anymore due to their negative approach towards their customer...After the batista was more condescending I just decided to leave without my refund as she was not going to do anything to give me a refund...I asked to speak to her manager but how convenience that her manager was not around I asked for manager to call me trough homeland management and I hope I get a call back so they can address this situation or I will call corporate to let them know how disrespectful some batista are towards their customers and how I asked for my money back and they could not even do that ...
