Moe's Southwest Grill

Just wanted to write a review about a recent experience. My son ordered Moe’s for his friend and himself through Doordash. After more than an hour, the Doordash driver called him and said he had picked up the food but wasn’t coming. I called Moe’s to see if the order was still there or if it had actually been picked up. He confirmed it was picked up. He apologized and said he would call Doordash and try to find out what was going on. He mentioned he was working alone so I said I could come pick up the new order. He insisted he’d remake it and someone would be in shortly and he’d have it delivered to me in 10 minutes…and less than 10 minutes later, he pulls into our driveway on his motorcycle to deliver it himself, still apologizing, even though it was of no fault of his own! Appreciate the great customer service!

Great food! I know it might be hard to believe but for me this place is better then Chipotle, not only do they give you extra toppings with no cost but they give you chips with your order that you pick out which salsa to eat them with. I love getting the borrito bowl because when you ask for some extra toppings they can add a decent amount, but for a regular boritto they add less because they have to roll that thing up. Overall this place is very gucci and the people working there and cool as well. You should soo go eat here 😊👍

Delicious and consistently filling. My wife and I have made a habit to get it at least once a week for a lunch break. The owner is very committed to making sure service is top notch. During the pandemic they have made accomodations for curbside pickup and dining outside with what assume is their headquarters taking al orders over the phone. I really wish they would expedite the process and smooth out the ordering online but the staff at the location is very prompt at quickly taking your order.
