Burger King

I've been coming here for quite some time, but I've yet to shout out my guy Rendell. He's got to be the best in the fast food business. Always helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Give this man a raise. On top of that, the food here just tastes better than other Burger King's I've been to. I don't know what they're doing differently, but it's working.

The place is always fast and delicious. One of the employees, Rendell, knows my order by heart and is always in a positive and considerate mood. We need more employees like him in general. I've only gotten my order incorrectly once, (I got a small fry instead of a large) and the next time I came, unprompted, he apologized and provided me with a complimentary large fry. Some of the best customer service I've received at any Burger King. A well deserved 5 stars.

Just like every other Burger King. Because of the pandemic, they force you to put your credit card or money into a deep plastic container that is very hard to what's garage your items from when they give it back to you. You never actually hold the plastic container, the representative is always holding the plastic container, and you're the one that has to try to fish out your credit card and change. I think it's a very bad system and it's very frustrating. Sorry for any typos as I'm using Google voice to text technology. The food here is very good. I had the chicken fries and they were pretty good. There are not that first, not fresh out of the fryer, you can tell that they were sitting there under a heat lamp for some time, but overall they were still good. And I believe Burger King's french fries are the best french fries out of all the fast food chains. I what does the come back to this Burger King, but there's a long line, I don't know why. It's because of the plastic Bend system of exchanging credit cards and money. Absolutely the most inefficient thing I've ever seen in my life

OMG What a nightmare I had with door Dash. The lady brought me the wrong order called her within 30 seconds after and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. I knew Burger King was closing within 20 minutes so I jumped in the car and headed over there while my wife Called door Dash. Trust me if it wasn’t for her craving Burger King I would’ve not done this. I went through the drive-through window with 15 minutes remaining open. Keroline looked at me like I was crazy knocking on the drive through window. I explained the situation to her and she looked into it. She advised I contacted door dash as well. However, while she further investigated she realized something totally went wrong on Door dash’s end. She was so helpful. I showed her proof of my order and returned the food that was not mine. She handled The situation very well I honestly thought I was going home with no food at first and my wife was going to kill me. Thank you Keroline for all you help. Your customer service skills rock!
