Mcdonald's

I have been to a few McDonald's locations recently after not going for some time for various reasons, and I have found that the app and in store pad ordering process leaves a lot to be desired when waiting for your order to be served. You're lucky if there's one person working the counter, and that person just seems to get overwhelmed. This has happened the last three times and all at different locations. I just think things ran smoother and you got your food faster before automation. Please bring back the humans!

A Consistently Great Experience! I have been a loyal customer of McDonald's for years, and I continue to be impressed with the quality of service and food they offer. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring my order is accurate and served promptly. The menu has a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences.Whether I'm in the mood for a classic Big Mac or exploring their new and innovative items, McDonald's never disappoints. The taste and freshness of their ingredients are consistent and delightful. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also worth mentioning – it's evident that they prioritize maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their patrons.Overall, McDonald's continues to deliver a top-notch dining experience that keeps me coming back for more. It's the perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal that doesn't compromise on taste or quality. Five stars well-deserved!

Great people, clean restaurant, always clean bathrooms. Drawbacks are 2 things.... The bathrooms they keep locked and you have to ask to use them by waiting for someone to unlock the door for you. Lastly, they have removed All of the outlets, so you can no longer sit inside ,enjoy your meal while charging an electronic- for example when you still have to work through lunch and your laptop dies, you are basically screwed.

The manager and the young lady were both very nice and very accommodating. We saw that they had Happy Meal toys that would make my grandson very happy, and the young lady went in the back and got us one of each of the ones available. We didn't even ask her to do that. She was very sweet. I told the manager. I hope she gets rewarded in some way for being awesome!
