Food seemed like it was made in the morning, but I ordered it at 8pm. This is the 3rd time I got chicken strips and fries and they were cold and dry. Unacceptable. I love kfc but this not cool.

Food is good, but service is slow. Wouldn't recommend going when it's busy. Might end up waiting longer compared to other places when they're busy

I came to kfc just for the immaculate mac and cheese and they forgot to give it to me. It ruined my night and made my day 10x worse! Also, I got the 2nd combo (the one that comes with two pieces) AND ONE OF THE PEICES WAS SO LITTLE, IT WAS JUST THE BONE. Other than that... they’re food is good it just disappointed me today.

Bad service and long wait times. 45 min for a meal is so crazy.i was doing a delivery and did not know how to back out of it or else i would not have stay. I personally will never go to this restaurant i feel like this is terrible service i see way more than one person complaining about the same thing long wait tike ect. I will go to the other nearest kfc if I want this .maybe get some new staff and diversity in staff Pomona is a very diverse area.
