This particular Dunkin is our favorite. It is clean, they always get our order right and the staff is friendly. All the Dunkins in New Castle are filthy, orders are wrong, they are loud and most of the workers aren't friendly.

I ordered the plain stuffed bagel minis and a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and the staff were so nice. Specifically, Cameron, he was the sweetest and so helpful. Very patient too. This location is very lucky to have such a nice employee like Cameron.

I've never had an issue with this location, unlike the one in Campbell OH or the one in Cockeysville MD. The orders are correct, food is hot and baked goods are fresh. Staff are friendly

I knew I wanted an ice coffee but didn't know what. After asking a few questions of the server I chose a chocolate Carmel cold brew. Delicious!!

This Dunkin' is on point!! The Starbucks down the street had this crazy long line, so my girlfriend settled for Dunkin' and was very glad we went there in the end. Not only were they so fast with her online order, but it was way cheaper, more fresh, and more tasty that the Starbucks! Hard to believe, but from this reviewer, it's very true. The store here is in great shape and the employees were cognitive and professional.

Best dunkin place in 224. Always went through the drive through. Order is always right, and they are fast. It's a smaller parking lot so you have to be careful, but otherwise it's great.
This time ordered: 2 power sandwich, 12 donuts, 1 carmal craze, mocha, and tea.

This is great great place to grab a cup of coffee. They have refreshers, iced coffee, tea and many trending drinks made to your liking! They also have fresh donuts and bagels as well as a small food selection. Never a complaint going here except for the long lines but they move fast!

Has better coffee in my opinion than its close competitor. Never had burnt coffee sometimes the coffe is a bit strong but not enough to not be enjoyed. Also the sourdough sandwich is so good.
