Exceptional from start to finish!
Lori, one of the owners, greeted us with a smile & was very welcoming! She had on the cutest, Xmas themed, festive apron & kicked off our Christmas Weekend from the moment we walked in the door. She also checked in on us throughout our evening. It’s apparent she’s very committed to her guests having a great time & a memorable night at her establishment.
Our server, Steve, was awesome! He provided lots of insight & made great menu suggestions, all of which we enjoyed immensely. We all had Filets (cooked to perfection) with lobster tails - absolutely outstanding! We shared Caesar salads to start, then each of us sampled sides with our meals: twice baked potatoes, lobster mac, creamy spinach & asparagus. All were excellent. Scrumptious deserts were the perfect end to our ahhhmazing culinary experience! The tiramisu was divine, as was my husband’s crème brûlée!
Chad, another owner, stopped by throughout our evening to ensure we were having a fantastic meal & being well taken care of. I’m a huge fan of restaurateurs that are actively involved in the guests’ overall experience. He made our night!

Been coming to this location for 5 years and we’ve seen a lot of ups and downs through the years but our first time with new ownership, it reminded us of the old days! New cheese board was delicious. We had the filet, salmon and scallops. Creamy rice was great, too. Only complaint was we miss the crab but we were promised it’s coming back in the summer. Can’t wait to see the place renovated in the new year. ❤️

We saw prime 13, was under new ownership, so we wanted to give it a shot. It’s set right in the middle of charming point Pleasant Beach, so it’s super cozy and quaint everything you’re looking for on a chilly December evening. We saw that there was lunch with Santa, so we wanted to take our kids to it and it did not disappoint! We were met by the friendliest owners and servers and we got seated right away. There was warm bread waiting for us on the table, a hot cocoa bar, the food was absolutely outstanding, not to mention the portions Were so generous we had lots of extra food to take home to warm up later on at night which is very nice especially when you have a family you don’t have to think about dinner again later. The pricing was extremely reasonable. My kids and the family I brought with me had a wonderful time. We cannot wait to go back again if you end up in point Pleasant Beach go to prime 13, I highly recommend it AND the roasted chicken!!!!

Great place, but a few gripes... 1. there is an obvious issue with the ventilation - you can see the smoke lingering in the ceiling of the kitchen. I'm kind of surprised that they haven't addressed this yet. 2. the bathrooms really could use some fixing/freshening up. And 3. don't get the 10 oz. strip - it's a flat, unimpressive cut and not worth the savings. Just get the 14 oz. and enjoy.
That aside, the food is great and the staff are friendly. Definitely worth checking out!

This was our first time at Prime 13 and it was amazing!!!! We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday. Travis was our server and he was outstanding!!!! We started with the Pork Belly appetizer, the the Tomohawk Steak for two and the Surf and turf. All was amazing!!!! We will be back and everyone needs to come here and ask for Travis!!!! Thank you for a great 60th birthday dinner!!!!!

Enjoyed a delicious steak dinner with my husband tonight. We had a reservation for 7:15, we showed up 15 minutes early & were greeted by the host who sat us right away. The atmosphere is a little tight & decorated somewhat basic. Our server was Brigette. She was friendly & timely & made sure we were happy with our meals. Do yourself a favor & upgrade to the Caesar salad instead of the house salad. Charred romaine, shaved parm, very fresh tomatoes & crostini with homemade Caesar dressing. The wait on the food was a little long but the steaks were cooked perfectly: beautiful chair, the temps we asked for & great flavor. The sides were somewhat basic. We ordered the mashed potatoes which honestly were forgettable & the asparagus which was charred & pretty good. We noticed the host would make his rounds to check on tables & ask how their meals were & would make light friendly conversation. His name is Butch. What an excellent asset to the dining experience. So sweet & genuine of a man. Overall the experience was nice. Definitely worth it for the steaks but next time I'm hoping to try some better sides.

First time here! Let’s start with the hospitality, the owner, first of all, he is personable. He engages with every single person there dining. What an intimate, and wonderful place! Every single food item was delicious! The staff, all wonderful! I feel like we need to go back this summer. You certainly need a reservation for a wonderful place like this!

Prestigious. One of the best Steaks and lobster tail combos i've ever had. Porter house combo for 2 always. Full of flavor. Place is quaint but worth it. Our waiters have always been welcoming and professional. BYOB

We celebrated my 60th birthday at Prime13 and everything was outstanding. We had a big crowd & everything went great. Travis was our waiter & catered to our every need. The food is outstanding. We will be back. I highly recommend this restaurant. Food and staff are great!
