My family enjoyed a variety of the breakfast dishes and shared them all. The waffle dish was THE BEST french toast I've ever had. And I'm not a carbs lover. Chef Luke, a CIA graduate is a creative artist who is able to give his best to this gem of a restaurant. The interior and exterior décor is charming beach motif at its finest. The stars and moon have all aligned with the combination of a great owner, staff and talented chef! Put this on your Must Do list!

I was blown away by the food and the concept. Well thought through, wonderfully sourced food, and the gardens in the back are a must see. I had a BLT and it was out of this world. I am more than willing to drive 4 hours to go back. It is so hard to find a quality farm to table cafe and this place is worth the trip!!

They were super nice and helpful, friendly and respectful. The cold brew is perfect. Its strong, not watery and they have oatmilk yay! They didnt have syrups but they did have honey which is a great alternative. Food was great, honestly this place is just so adorable.

I love this place. I hope it stays for a very long time. I've visited a few times and each meal that I've had is delicious! It's not run-of-the-mill ordinary fair, but rather interesting variations that are delightful. The food is fresh. The bread is home baked and scrumptious. Service is good. The owner is on sight and she has a caring, welcoming personality. I like ordering food inside and sitting at a table in front under an umbrella. It feels like vacation at home!

Currently on a restaraunt tour that consist of New York City, Nassau and Suffolk county. Quaint, peaceful and unassuming, so I didn't know what to expect. The customer service was both friendly and engaging. That having been said, if you're looking for food that's both comforting and flavorful, this place is a keeper and is now in my top 10 dinning experiences.

Salt Air Cafe is my favorite breakfast and lunch spot in Nassau. The quality of the food is outstanding- it's fresh, homemade, healthy and delicious. Their farm to table ingredient sourcing gives the food extra flavor that's unmatched. The combinations of ingredients and foods is interesting and always mouthwatering. The coconut coffee is the best I've ever had. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they get to know familiar faces quickly and always go out of their way for customers. While there is sometimes a long wait, it is beyond worth it.

Always friendly reception. The owner, Kelly, is such a nice person. Pleasent to talk to and see her in action. The food is awesome...fresh, creative and very healthy. Variety of selection...feeds the vegan desire, the carnivore viking and the healthy thinker. Such a great addition to this hidden treaure of a town. Jim

This place Has become our favorite breakfast place. The quality of their ingredients can be tasted in every bite. Their coffee and freshly brewed teas are exceptional, no institutional brands here! Their homemade baked goods (like almond pound cake or blueberry muffins) just can't be rivaled. The fare that comes from this tiny little kitchen stands in a class by itself. Even the oatmeal is thoughtfully prepared-organic steel cut oats made with fresh berries and or dried fruit and nuts. Frittatas and hash are thoughtfully prepared and special menu items are offered, so you can always count on a pleasant surprise. Thanks for caring about what you serve-it really comes through and keeps us coming back for more!

Wow! This food is amazing! Recommended by a co-worker. Make sure you plan your visit and ensure you're not starving - the food does take some time. I will echo other reviews by saying it is worth the wait. A smart individual orders something to eat while they wait (homemade muffin, toast, cookies, etc.) If you live in the area and have not been here... Here's your sign!

Really and truly the best breakfast in Long Beach. It's cramped, especially when it's cold and you can't sit outside, but the ingredients and quality of the cooking is the best around in this little shack at point lookout.
