The wait time was very short and the pizza seemed quite fresh. The Batman pizza looked awesome and tasted great!! The cheesy bread sticks were new and I really liked them a lot, way better than the regular bread sticks.

Second time going to this location and the first time I got the Hot N Ready $5 Classic it hardly had any sauce or cheese and it was burnt second time around I thought I will try the $6 one hopefully it will be nice N cheesy & OMG it just looks burnt and dry the crust is literally hard! but of course I ate a few slices because I was hungry & really craving little Caesars pizza but this was just a disappointment if I could drive back and go get a refund I would. This is not Hot & Ready at all! it’s over cooked or something because it’s so dry & hard.

I am new to the area and Little Caesars is one of my favorite pizza chains. I have been to this location twice and both times I have been extremely disappointed. The service was slow and rude. The kids (and I say kids because they were very juvenile) running it were too lazy to fill the cooler. Which had just a couple of litters of pop in it , and left me waiting for over 40 minutes for a pepperoni pizza, nothing special, while filling other customer orders, that had special orders and had come in after me.
When I had made a comment, they just shrugged and gave me my pizza. No apologies. I doubt I will be back or have any of my friends or family use this location. Hopefully the other location will be better.

The owner needs to train his employees better. I understand there is a shortage or workers but train the ones you have. The cashier charged me for 2 pizzas and not 1 like I ordered so I just said give me the extra pizza. She also mentioned the cooking staff was talking too much so they were running behind on crazy bread. This was at 4:00 on a Saturday.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in and had a relatively large order. Was told it would take 20 minutes and I was okay to wait. I then waited 30 minutes and watched pizzas that should have been in my order leave the store. The girl at the counter seemed to prioritize certain people over others by say "Oh I got chu" when orders after mine came in. When I asked her where my pizzas were she said it would be another 15 minutes of wait time. Asked for a refund and nothing was said to me throughout that transaction. At the end I was thrown a receipt and told I would get my money back in 3-5 days. The absolute worst service I have ever been given. You couldn't pay me to go back.

There's an old saying that pizza is like fishing, even if it's bad, it's still better than living without it. Little Cesar's fills a gap between expensive artisanal pizza and frozen pizza from the grocery store. Do you have $6? Then they have an entire meal for you! the stuffed crazy bread is also pretty dang good, the other pizza options aren't bad at all and the best part is - if you do it right, it takes like 7 minutes tops and you're stuffing your face!!

Went in at 6:30pm on Friday. Ordered 2 hot n readys (pepperoni and cheese) and a crazy bread. They didn’t have any cheese pizzas ready and told me that it would be 5 minutes. While I was waiting, 2-3 other customers came in, ordered and one walked out with my order! I went to the counter and asked the cashier about it and he said, sorry…our machine isn’t working. I’m not sure what was going on, but after 20 minutes and several other customers, I was peeved. They need to get their stuff together.

I definitely didn't enjoy it. The other store in on the other side of Pocatello was great, but this is the only negative experience I've had (ever) with Little Caesars.
We got the extra most bestest pepperoni. The pizza was dry and crumbly crusted, like a 3 day old pizza that they decided to throw in the oven again, which it very well could have been because it was a holiday Monday. It definitely didn't have 60% more cheese, or whatever they advertise, and just looked like a normal, old, box of pepperoni pizza.
We suspect this because when we got there and ordered it from them, the kid walks back to the other workers with the pizza box and asks (though it's clearly written on the box), "So, Is this an Extra Most Bestest?"...
Anyway, this was our first exposure to this branch of Little Caesars. So we're never going to this specific building again. I'd rather do Domino's or something if I'm on that side of town for pizza.
