Nosh Mahal

Great food, they take proud of it, but customer service sucks. Run by family, whose idea of a customer service is far away of understanding the industry standards. Also, I ordered on a third try: really wanted something, but they were out of it, spent more time to find something else, they didn't have that item, either, so I had to choose the third one, which I wanted the least, but more expensive. No apologies, no offers of discount for an unconvinience. Moreover, they acted like I should behappy and thankfull they have that third item available. When requested that they should do something about it, the owner just chuckled in reply, yet didn't do anything.

I was excited when this place opened, I lived in India for 2 years and love Indian food. We came in when it first opened and the food was decent and the atmosphere and service were great. Unfortunately, when we tried the lunch buffet today the food was unacceptable. Not only was it not authentic but flavorless and overall pretty low quality. Even though the atmosphere and service were good, we left extremely dissatisfied. I would love to see this place succeed because there are no other options for Indian food in Pocatello but unless they do a major overhaul of their recipes, I can't see it lasting much longer.

Nosh was very friendly. The food and service were both great! We were looking for something new and we were not disappointed. We will definitely eat here again!! She suggested an appetizer that I would not have picked, but it was delicious. The butter chicken and butter lamb were both delicious as well.

AMAZING! The service was friendly and fast. Our big family went and it was our first time ever going so we were unsure of what to get. The server was helpful telling us what to try and giving us samples of items, he was funny and great with kids. All the food had great taste and flavor! We will be back within the week to try the buffet.

First time eating at an Indian restaurant and this place does not disappoint. The food was out of this world. I had the lamb Curry and it was great. The staff is great and very patient with any and ALL questions a person might have about Indian or Persian food. Will drive from Idaho Falls again to eat here.

The food was fantastic! The sheek kebab was awesome, and the chicken tandoori was great. Portion sizes were perfect. Nice, clean atmosphere. The owner (I assume it was him anyway) was there and was extremely hospitable and fun. The wait staff (who I think were the owner's sons) weren't particularly great and didn't look too happy about being there. Wait time for the food was a bit long, but not too bad and definitely worth the wait.
