Ihop

If I could give this 0 I would. We we're the only guests in the whole place first off, I ordered the chocolate chip pancake combo and this is what she brought me on a small coffee plate. Forgot my husbands meat for his breakfast combo and never brought my sausages at all. I'm not gonna lie this ruined IHOP for me I will definitely go to Denny's everytime over this now. The floors where also covered in food where we were sat and the waitress was just on her phone standing around. Time we were there 10pm 03/14

I waited for 25 minutes at curbside pickup. Texted two different times. Finally went in and my food was just sitting on the counter. It was all cold. The strawberry and creme crepes did not have any strawberries or cream. The hash browns were so crispy I couldn’t bite through them. I called and requested a refund and the manager said they couldn’t refund any of it. The food was not even eatable.

I just totally love this ihop, I definitely recommend everyone to stop by and get a bite, the staff are amazing very polite, professional, attentive. Food is always hot and accurate I love getting the sirloin tips steak and eggs with the side of pancakes just love that combo servings are perfect size very filling. Every time I have visited this IHOP I have had an extraordinary positive visit, have no complaints whatsoever. My servers have all been amazing, talkative, attentive, polite, outgoing. Very pleasant great customer service. ☺️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took a while to get sat, took even longer to get our drink and food order taken. When the waitress brought the food, she slid it onto the table and ran away. Didn't ask if we needed syrup for the pancakes. Also they served a ranch that tasted sour, when brought to their attention you could hear the female cook complaining that that's how the ranch was suppose to taste but not once did someone approach me to tell me that, just heard it through the nagging in the back of house. I tried to talk my mother out of eating there but she swore that she loved IHOP, after this last experience she's done eating there.

I come in a total of three times and this is definitely the last time I will ever have anything to do with my hop it took about 4 minutes for them to greet me upon entering the store even though nobody else was waiting they were just standing behind the counter chit-chatting then I place my order which the last two times they they messed it up and I'm really not picky they told me it would be five to six minutes since nobody else was waiting for an order that ended up being more like 25 minutes this place has gone downhill I've never seen a place so dead and have to wait so long honestly they should close this place down and open a new restaurant
