I was in there yesterday and witness two employees screaming at one employee. They were both in the back one was a guy and other had a black button up shirt like a manager shirt she had purplish/redish hair. They both were screaming at another employee she had short blonde hair. They both used profanity to the point that girl walked away crying she didn't even get a chance to stick up for herself. I felt so horrible for her. I wasn't going to make a complaint, but I can't stop thinking of how horrible they were to her and how nobody should be treated that way. What kind of leadership is that? I felt so bad for her and I hope that girl got a long talking to about that because that was so unprofessional. I told my husband that I'm going to call corporate on this girl and maybe one day she will understand that it is a unacceptable behavior and shouldn't be allowed in the workplace.

I ordered breakfast burritos there this morning, and there was two just sitting up on the shelf. Have no idea how long they have been there, I asked the lady to make me two new ones. She denied my request, I took them to work, turns out the tortillas were hard and the burritos were cold. Worst customer service ever

Ive given all too many chances and Ive had enough. Everyone who works there are entitled and have no manors accept for the actual adults (18+)who work there. I just got a regular chicken sandwich, it was good initially until I realized both buns were burnt to a crisp as if the left it on too long and just didn't care. It's absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened. I've found hair, burnt food and orders completely messed up.

This is not the first time we’ve had wrong order and normally I wouldn’t do this but when I have two kids in my car I don’t appreciate the rudeness. So as I have mentioned this is not the first time the order was made wrong, I was verifying the order and she didn’t like that when I asked her if there was cheese on all burgers she said no, so I said I want cheese on all burgers so then instead of fixing the order she slammed her window and then got me a burger with cheese with an attitude and I said you should’ve taken responsibility instead of closing the window laughing about it in front of us to the other coworkers. She was very rude, unprofessional and made my kids hurt. All she needed to do is fix an order and apologies.

Asked for no mayo but they put it on anyway. Nice to know if you don’t eat it. Don’t really care about the customer. Man at drive through window was a little rude.

Will never eat here again. Employee was a monster of a b**** going haywire over asking how long until a order would be finished. She claimed to be the manager but I don’t know how someone with a temper like that could be in charge of a food service industry business. So
