Patties are never frozen and neither are the French fries. What fast food restaurant can say this?
I like these burgers better than ‘In N Out’ burgers.
Yes, I said it.
I’ve never had a bad burger from
Five Guys and I love the French fries and I’m a French fry connoisseur. ✌🏻
If you haven’t tried Five Guys you should!

I have yet to go to a Five Guys that I haven't enjoyed. And their burgers are sooo good. Not just fast food good, but actually good. You're also not going to get better fries anywhere else. I like that they show which farm the potatoes came from.

Got the bacon cheeseburger all the way with Cajun seasoned fries! Highly recommend. Good burgers there

Fantastic. Guy at the counter was funny! My total was $40 and he thought it was awesome it landed perfect. Great peanuts. Easy to find. Great parking.

Always good and fast, they don’t even bat an eye at ordering a burger with no bun! Great eats

I'm sorry, I just don't get the hype.
Pros: the food was cooked to order and was definitely fresh. Despite being cooked right after ordering, it didn't take long to have our food. The floors were clean and the atmosphere good. The portion size on the fries was generous.
Cons:
7.95 for a two-patty burger? $4 for fries? The burger was astonishingly ordinary. It didn't taste seasoned at all beyond a tiny bit of salt and pepper. It was very meaty but devoid of any other bit of flavor. The cheese was hot and melted, but also pretty lackluster. It tasted like classic American Cheese you can buy at Walmart. The onions weren't even very good somehow. I just don't get how you can justify paying $8 for the most plain burger of all time.
The cajun fries were good for the first bite or two, but then it was just like eating a box of solidified Old Bay seasoning. They were also extremely greasy (pics included, one soon after getting our order and another an hour after letting our extra fries sit). I'm not sure if this is a problem with this spot in particular or the whole chain, but I'm not planning on going to any Five Guys in the future.

If you can't make your own burgers at home, this is your best option. Taste is authentic, homemade, and fresh. Fries are a greasy delight, and three overall experience is pretty good. Nice change of pace for my family. Prices are a little in the high side, but worth it once you take that first bite!

I typically enjoy Five Guys but did not enjoy my experience this time. The food seemed a little less than perfect. For example, the bacon was way over cooked and was just crumbling and falling off the burger. They also mixed up the order (forgot certain toppings we asked for). The lights in the men's bathroom were not working, everyone was using their cell phone flashlight to get by.
