Costa Vida

My husband and I ordered pickup since we were driving through the area, and it wasn’t as great as we’re used to. Our burrito didn’t have lettuce and pico on the side, nor did our salad have extra lettuce. The biggest disappointment though was that they really skimped on the meat. The salad was mostly sweet pork sauce, and the burrito was lacking as well. I get that there are supply chain issues and inflation to deal with, but we were less than impressed with our pickup order given how much Costa Vida costs to begin with.

This was the worst Costa Vida I've ever been to. The service was bad, the place was a mess, and the food was NOT good. I had the sweet pork burrito. The burrito was soggy and rubbery, the meat had almost no taste to it, and the sauce was so watered down. The food was so disappointing, I couldn't even finish it. I've been to many different Cost Vidas. It's my restaurant of choice, but I will NEVER go back to this location. Buyer Beware!

I normally love Costa Vida! Tonight the drive thru just had a bad smell and the filth of the back door, while waiting for the food, was enough to drive me away. Kudos to the window attendant, she was great and friendly, but I wasn’t impressed with the greeting of such a dirty view as I waited for my food. Bummed and a little sad because the experience is usually pretty good.

Extremely disappointed in the beef tacos. The beef was dry and tough, the lettuce was brown and rotten, tomatoes tasted like they've been left out all day and not stored properly, tortillas were tough and doughy, and the rice was undercooked. Thoroughly wasted my time and money and will Never go back there.
