Rim Rock

Rim Rock claims to have the best burger in town. I can't say that they do, but I can say they have the best burger I have had in the area. Awesome burger, complete with what looked like a house-made bun and some really spicy ghost pepper cheese. I've been driving by Rim Rock for 20+ years and never thought to stop by, let alone call in an order for takeout, but I'm sure glad I decided to do that today. The guy in the kitchen that took my order over the phone was super friendly. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely be back. On a side note, their outdoor area is awesome. Really well done, with lots of horseshoe pits, and landscaped right into the side of the lava flow that runs through town. Very cool place.

I came in for lunch and it was a great place, the yard was great and the interior was a classic bar style. But the food is really where they do best! I got a delicious bacon cheese burger and it was very filling and flavorful! Will be definitely returning with friends, and I'm coming to compete in their Cornhole tournament soon!

We were in town for a weekend and came upon this bar. As others state the building looks a little sketchy but, don't let that deter you from stopping in. The burgers and onion rings were the best we have ever had. The patio had a very relaxing atmosphere. The bartender was amazing. I wanted Crown Peach with sweet tea and even though they didn't have sweet tea on the fly he said he will just mix with regular tea and add sugar. We will for be back again.
