Thai Paradise

We had the Tom Yum spicy soup with pork made in a coconut milk, lemongrass broth. Man, was it spicy. We couldn't finish it because it was so spicy. The soup had some fresh veggies and spices, came out quickly. We wanted some tempura veggies, but the waitress said they had nothing fried today. While the food was delicious, the service was nasty. This person was rude, barely talked to us, kind of snarled when we asked for anything, and took a long time before even taking our order. My husband wanted to leave before we even ordered. Maybe we should have. It's a shame because the food was really good and it was in a nice building, clean, etc. Now we know why no one was in there but us. A gold mine being ruined by horrible service.

I am appalled at the service my husband and I just received at this establishment. We go to this restaurant on a regular basis and eat and this will be the last time. We asked for a second hot sauce to go with our leftovers and was told very rudely "no" we questioned why and the owner got extremely rude with my husband and I telling us to leave. We then asked for a second to go box for my husband's leftovers and were again, told "no" and that our food needed to be eaten there. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment ever!

Service had gone down drastically. In fact I noticed a hair in my food. I ordered a red curry which was full of water and tasteless. Staff was also unfriendly to take off the amount from the check. I had to wait for 2p mins to talk to the manager to adjust the amount. It could be because there were just 2 staff members working in the hotel. We drove nearly 50 miles just to eat at this place and we were very disappointed.

The worst service! The server treated us like we had inconvenienced her day. She was rude, rolled her eyes when we weren't ready to order and wouldn't answer any questions. Once we got the food it was not good. Im an avid traveler and have eaten Thai food all over the country including Thailand. I asked to send mine back for something different, the server said no and that I had to pay for it. I have also been a server for over 10 years and would never just say no. I did not eat the food and needless to say I won't go back, ever.

When we got there we were told to hurry and order because they close in 45 minutes. Over priced crapy food. A soda for 3.99 with 1 free refill the 2nd refill is a dollar, meals between 15 & 25... Most are fried. Other people eating there were extremely loud & vulgar. I just got a doggie bag and gave it away. I have eaten all over the USA...never will I return! A reservations are needed for 5 people or more... Including us there were 3 tables being used. Bad service, food I didn't care for & way too expensive! A sad experience for a very dear family time.... If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would...

So, I came in at a weird hour, 3pm, since I lead an unpredictable time schedule, but they were not closed. She did flick the light switch on. Wow! Thank you! The single person there was a lady that made me feel like I'm really disturbing her and I shouldn't be there. But, I was hungry, so I ordered the beef combination Phõ. When I received it, I was surprised to see that the items that always come on the side, lime quarter, sprouts and basil, were already IN the soup bowl. Weird and very unusual! The soup broth was delicious. I did add some chili oil and hoisin sauce, but that's usual. When I started eating, I searched for the beef, that I paid extra for, and it was extremely scarce! Where's the beef? Was that the woman's revenge for daring to come in after lunch and before dinner? If you don't like it - just close the restaurant for these hours. Bottom line - good broth, miniscule amount of beef and a rotten attitude. Will I come here again? Nope! There are many other restaurants who would gladly serve me a great lunch and positive attitude!
