Bob Evans

My daughter and I decided to do lunch at Bob Evans this afternoon to do a little catch up. We enjoyed our lunch there with friendly service and good, hot food. We both opted for the Classic breakfast. She got biscuits with her eggs and bacon, while I got 2 pancakes. I love their scrambled eggs with crispy bacon and their light pancakes! It was a delicious meal. Our waitress was sweet and helpful with getting me the pancakes instead of biscuits. She was attentive, but not overbearing. My daughter and I had good food and good conversation! It was a very enjoyable lunch!

We had a party of eight and arrived about noon. We were seated quickly, and drinks were ordered and delivered and our food orders taken. The food was served hot and everyone enjoyed their meals. We highly recommend their BLT sandwich with the added fried egg! Also, the strawberry French toast was a hit with us, too. Our server was attentive, but didn't hover. We enjoyed our visit today!

Nice cozy place to dine that was quite popular the morning we ate there. The food was pretty good overall. Their hash browns were GOOD, their bacon in the omelet was not crispy bacon but bacon bits, & their eggs were not bad. Orange juice was not so great, & the mushrooms inside the omelet were way undercooked. My main disappointment was that there was no spinach in my omelet & I was told they would put fresh spinach. I didn't complain about it, but I was still charged extra. I was then told up front while paying that they hadn't used spinach in quite a while. Overall, ok place to eat - maybe not for my birthday again.

My wife ordered beef vegetable soup which was good. I ordered their avocado chicken with home fries and broccoli. While the fries and broccoli were good. The chicken had turned bad. It had a strange odor and taste. I ate two bites, then asked my wife to taste which she did and put it out. That plus the ambience of two sewer flies flying around our table, it is no wonder Bob Evans' s restaurants have been closing. Not coming back!

Ordered biscuits and gravy and a family size of homestlye fries to go. Get home with the order and realize they gave us French fries instead of homestyle fries. Call back to let them know they goofed and we'd like to come back and get what we ordered and we were met with a rude attitude and told that she heard her co worker read the order back, you got your food, now are you gonna place another order? I wish I knew the girls name bc I would put her on blast. My fiance asked to speak to the mgr and she gets on the phone and listens to him and kind of scoffs but replaces the order and he still had to deal with the rude hostess when he came back even after requesting not to. Not really sure I'll be coming back. There's plenty of good breakfast restaurants around here where you don't get treated like trash. I suggest hiring some new hostesses before you're just a faded memory around here like ponderosa. I suggest if you don't have customer service skills to go find another job where you don't have to deal with the public. Like seriously, who the hell orders french fries with biscuits and gravy?! Common sense goes a long way!

I decided to take my father to dinner and we had an awful experience at this Bob Evan's location. The server Brookelynne took our order for drinks and quickly ran off to tend to some other task. My father ordered coffee. She put it on the table as fast as she could and started the other way. Didn't see if he needed cream or sugar. So he waited about 10 minutes to see if she would come back before getting up and getting his own cream and sugar. It was like this most of the night with the server. When we left it took us twenty minutes after asking for a box to get the bill. And that's not even the worst part. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, one of them was completely out of toilet paper. As I came out of the bathroom the hostess Jessica was walking to the front towards customers. I very politely approached her and said ma'am excuse me for a moment. I know you have customers that you are attending to but the bathroom is out of toilet paper and it's very dirty. When you have a moment could you ask somebody to take care of it? She interrupted me before I could even finish speaking and rudely told me that somebody already informed her about the bathroom and that she was handling it and abruptly walked away. I have never seen such rude customer service at a small Town Restaurant. I know everybody has bad days and I know the fast food business can get pretty busy but the attitude towards the customers could be so much better. Needless to say I'm not going to bring my father back there. The food was good but the proportion and price was not what I expected. Hey Bob Evans and staff #bebetter

$3.09 for a cup of coffee is a big rip off and down right a restaurant who believes in price scam this is the last time I will ever set foot in Bob Evans restaurants ever again cause even the manager didn't care . I can go to any other restaurant went to Applebee's and coffee was only $1.70 and free reills
