Way too expensive for a single scoop that FELL OFF the cone at first lick! Glad I caught it with my other hand! I had originally wanted the new "soft-serve" icecream their window sign advertised, but after much language barrier, the counter lady points to the machine, shakes her head while she crosses her hands over top each other many times indicating the soft-serve machine is not working. The 'hard-pack's ice cream I finally ended up getting was very soft, as if the cooler also was not working properly.

Even though I live near the Baskin Robbins in Canton, I prefer to go here. The one in Canton is often out of the ice cream flavors that you want. This location always makes sure to maintain stock, and the owner Gary is really friendly. He made sure I sampled almost ever flavor they have in there ahaha. Go here for all your ice cream needs!

B&R has become and overpriced nightmare. The last time I went I got about half a scoop of ice cream and when I said "that's not a scoop" I was told that I'd be charged for 2 scoops if I wanted more. There are lots of locally owned ice cream shops around Plymouth which serve much better quality ice cream, and the staff are way friendlier.

I hate to do this... but others should know when the service is terrible! -Supposed to pick up birthday cake at noon. No one there. -I call and leave a message. Return call at 1:10. Saying there was a car accident... and there will be someone there at 1:40. -No one there at 1:40. I get a call at 2pm. -When I arrive owner tells me the employee called off. NO CAR ACCIDENT! LIARS!! -I ask what does he plan on doing to make this mistake right... offers me two dollars off. 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️ Keep your two dollars, keep your lying employee, keep your business because you’ll never again get mine.

VERY frustrated. google says this location closes at 10 pm, but when we arrived just a couple of minutes after 9 they were completely closed; no one cleaning up, no cars, absolutely no one. they clearly closed BEFORE 9, which still contradicts when the sign on the door says they close. very disappointed.

I bought a monster cake for my sons 1st birthday. So it’s kinda of hairy looking. I asked them to write happy 1st birthday on the cardboard, they wrote it in THE HAIR!! You could barely make out what it said. Not to mention the presentation of the cake looked awful. Like it was frozen then thawed! I will NEVER get a cake from here again!

They are always out of something. Every. Single. Time. I understand being out of certain flavors, but not whipped cream or nuts or cherries. Tonight was the last straw. You'd think if they're out of a basic topping AGAIN that they'd make up for it with a little extra sauce or something, but no. They must have been nearly out of caramel sauce because there was just a small spoonful of caramel sauce. Basically it ended up being a bowl of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, nuts , and a tiny bit of caramel sauce (out of cherries this time). And the ice cream was more "ice" than "cream". There are too many GOOD ice cream places around to waste time in this substandard place.
