Extremely long lines, drive thru and counter. Employees not working with enough umph to get the job done in a timely manner. Ordered ahead and still had to wait. Even the employee emptying the trash was taking her own sweet time when she could have used behind the counter.

Staff are very friendly. And, they make absolutely fantastic coffee. I got hazelnut. One more thing, the double chocolate donuts are extremely fresh. They taste as if they were made just that day.

Fast friendly but the line took my whole lunch break! They can only do so much lol. I couldn't handle all that and wouldn't want to! Even though they were working like their heads were cut off they still made it right and were friendly..can't beat it, just wish so many people didn't know how great they are!! Lol

The team here is incredible. I've seen the place backed up to the gas station and still got served and outta there in a matter of minutes. Not to mention their great attitudes. I've worked in fast food type settings and know all too well how stressful it is and how easy it can be too let your attitude slip but I've never seen anything here but smiles even when you know they wanna tear their hair out. Work haas taken me all over new england, and this is hands down the best location. Lucky me its in my hometown.

4/5 stars for excellence in customer service. Food service is excellent, dining area is clean, staff is very welcoming. I've had very few complaints here, but they always, always make it right, and fast. Enfield/Canaan dunks, don't even go there. Worst ever every time.
