It's really hit or miss. I love KFC but also I hate dry chicken and I cant tell you how many times this place doesn't give you sauce packets. I get that mistakes happen, but it's been mistake after mistake here. So the food is good, and its definitely made fresh but also you can expect to be missing sauces, sporks or sometimes even sides you ordered.

My wife and I visited the KFC in plover Wisconsin yesterday at about 11:30 a.m. service was prompt - I had just barely sat down when I got my order. The chicken was hot and very tasty. I had the extra crispy, my wife had the original recipe. She agreed that her portion was hot and delicious. Unlike the KFC in Wisconsin Rapids which is dreadful, this was a very pleasant surprise.

Chicken was hot out of the fryer, but fries were definitely out for a while before we got our food. Also do not have curbside, mobile order parking says come on in and get your food.

Line was extremely long. Charged me an 8 piece dinner when I ordered a $20 fill up. I had asked to substitute the cole slaw with mac&cheese. I didn't get either. They did give me some extra pieces of chicken and cookies. But from start to finish when I placed my order to when I left, took over 50 minutes.

They were getting together a 40 meal to go order. Were upfront all they had was crispy chicken. Very polite and helpful. Food was good. Gravy a bit thin.

Waited at the counter for a bit for order to be taken..no one was around. Got food for take out just before closing at 9 pm. Food was hot and fresh.

The staff here did an excellent job of making sure to get food out to previous guests who ordered, instead of the usual prioritizing register/drive thru. Food was good as usual. Will come back! I do miss the buffet however, but I completely understand the after affects of Covid
