Sign on door, Google, and IHOP's own website say they close at 10, however the staff told us that they close at 8 now as it's "COVID hours". Not impressed. [Previous visit]Fun place to eat, especially their pancakes. Good service, except I was asked if I wanted a booth or a table, asked for a table, but was assigned a booth! Teaspoons are provided for dessert, and the IHOP Sauce tastes the same as tomato ketchup.

Waited 20 mins to be seated (wasn’t even a full house. Maybe 4 tables were already seated and ordered.) ordered our food, received it only to find I could only eat the eggs (which were barely cooked enough) because the griddle hadn’t been cleaned before they made my waffle. I for one am a clean freak and like seeing my food look like it’s eatable. Not like previous meals have been prepared before mine and not cleaned. Furthermore, after finishing our meals, we waited yet another half hour to receive our check. Waiting staff was barely around. Not satisfied. To top it all off, when we finally got our check, we had to sit around an extra 15 minutes waiting for a cashier to check us out.

The waitress was completely rude. I understand that you are short staffed and I don't mind waiting for my food if I see your are understaffed. What I don't like is when I ask politely and get an attitude with an eye roll at simple requests.

Food was slow and the waitress wasn't super attentive though they seemed shorts staffed, so understandable. But the food itself wasn't good, most came out cool, mozzarella sticks still cold on the inside, hashbrowns barely even cooked.

The last time we were here (about 2 months agao)ago, it took over 15 mins for us to be greeted & the servixe was terrible. Today we were greeted within a min, which was a plus, but the service was ok. The food was good. The server had a sweatshirt (not uniform standard) on when we arrived & didn't take it off until almost half way through our dining experience. She only checked on us once (within a few mins of getting our food) but never again after that until she gave us our check. We were never offered or asked of we wanted refills (which we did) prior to giving us our check. Tried going today after the terrible service last time, but not sure we will go again because the service is not where it used to be #disappointed

This review is purely for the waitress we had at this location. Elisabeth, I'm sorry but you should think more about your trade. From the top. First off we were sat at a sticky crumby table like it was not wiped at all. Waitress basically just said hi, can I take your drink order. Didn't offer specials or tell us her name and she was not wearing a name tag. It was IHOP so my family already knew what we wanted, so we also gave her that order with the crispy hasbrown alter and side sour cream. We were very clear about the browns. It had to have been at least 15 minutes before she brought out our drinks. By the time our plates came one of our glasses were empty and she dropped off our food like it was an Amazon order with pale soggy browns and no sourcream, didn't ask if we needed anything just walked off from us. I ended up making eye contact with a waitress serving a whole different area and she took care of us. Thankfully bc we were furious 😠 😡. After we got what we needed, our waitress came back with our check. We were not even 1/4 through our meal from waiting on corrections. My jaw dropped, I could not believe this girl. We requested that our check be transferred to the nice lady that took care of us and gave her the tip, she went out of her way to make sure customers were happy so we felt she deserved it. It goes to show that if you smile and treat people like human beings, water their glasses make sure their food is correct before dropping it in front of them they will be grateful. This IHOP made their food well as far as we can tell I think that and the other kind lady were he only things that kept or SUNDAY family morning running smoothly.

It's a great place to eat. I'd give the food a 8 out of 10. The waitress was also kind and checking in a lot. I've ate at a lot of ihops but this one so far is the best one.
