I have to say this Taco Bell was very clean. Carlos greeted us as we walked in the door. Helped the customer in front of us in a timely manner and was great with his conversation and customer service skills. He went above and beyond to make us feel good. The food was great. He cleaned the tables after customers got up and left. He could run this place all by himself. Way to go Carlos!

One tiny piece of chicken chopped up in bottom! I got 2 and taco almost 10.00 and was cold besides. The burrito's do not match their pictures. Awful!

Had a mega craving yesterday so we drove down here rather then go into San Antonio. Was very clean inside and the person at the register warned us it may take a bit because they were short staffed. All our food was to us in less then 10 minutes, all of it was hot and delish, and we could overhear the manager or lead on duty being super kind and supportive of the team that was there. RAVE all the way around! When we were leaving I thanked the staff that was there, said they were doing awesome and made my day! Will go back again for sure!

Its lunch hour. How is it that the sign says "open". Yet the doors for customers who want to dine in is locked? Roughly a month and a half ago I tried drive through at about 7:20am. No one was available...it was during the week. The restaurant looked closed. I let than one go.....but locked doors during lunch hour......really? Management should consider new team players to run the facility or simply change working hours. .....

This location has had a lot of problems recently. The staff shortage has caused long wait times and quite a number of order issues. But since my pregnancy, the power bowl is pretty much all I can stomach in fast food anymore. So I've been going about 3 times a week for 2 weeks or so now. Today was the best visit I've had in a long time! I was so impressed! The drive thru employee informed me right away that they only had 2 people working and that he would take my order as soon as possible. And it didn't take him more than a minute to get back to me! He made me feel like he was really working hard to give me good service! He had me pull around to the front to wait for my order and I was so happy to see him and his other crew member running orders out to other cars! While this might seem like the standard for drive thru, as I mentioned earlier this location has been having some issues and this is the first time in a while I've seen workers hustling to get orders to cars. The line moved smoothly, the service was friendly and quick, and I got my order in minutes! And there was only 1 car waiting on front of me by the time I parked to wait! Which surprised me because there was about 5-6 cars in front of me in the drive thru! So they must have been getting food out very quickly! Hopefully, this is the beginning of a beautiful turn around at my local Taco Bell!

Very disappointed in my visit today. I ordered online and it said ready in 5 minutes. I get there and they have me pull around to the front. I waited and they brought out my food and it was wrong, they come back out and give me my missing order then they got my spicy ranch, then they didn't give me my sauce packets and also didn't ever give me my drink. I'm so upset. Seems as if they have no management. At that they only had 2 or 3 workers total.

The Mexican pizza was very good but the employees got my second order wrong, giving me tacos instead of another Mexican pizza. Would suggest other tacobells then this one.

They have the inside closed, and they are a bit short staff. The employees were nice but very standoffish. The food was good.
