OMG! First time eating there! Went with my daughter that didn't want to eat there in the first place. I convinced her let's try something new. We are both happy we DID!
Both of our plates were cleaned out! Will have to invite my hubby on a lunch date... Lol.

The service was very friendly.
I had the baked chicken, asparagus, and spring mix salad.
The salad was good, the asparagus (with almonds) was really good, but the chicken? It exceeded my expectations.
I recommend going for lunch sometime, I don't think you'll regret it.

Again another great meal while in TX. Everything looks and tastes like it was home made. I'm sure that saying gets thrown around all lot, but this is legit. Chicken fried chicken was great . Mashed potatoes were great. Home style eats worth the trip. Chicken pot pie so dope.

I was initially disappointed at seeing it was cafeteria style, only because I don't usually leave cafeteria style restaurants feeling full. However, I was quite surprised at the amount of food dished onto my plate, and by the time I had finished making all my selections, my plate was just under what I would call "heaping". The food itself was really good comfort food. I will definitely be back. As it is, I feel bad it took me so long to try it!

We stopped on a Thursday afternoon "on the way" and we didn't want fast food. What a find. Really good comfort food like I grew up with and wish there was more of today.
