Whataburger

So the lack of the ability to read is one thing…but to call a Cobb salad a “Cobb salad” with 6 pieces of chicken and poorly put together is just annoying. I pay a lot of money weekly to every 2 weeks here for my family of four. Specifically through the app to avoid dealing with too many people…so someone explain to me how that despite what the receipt always says..half the order is always missing and my salad this time looks like the cook ate it than put the left overs in the bag? Drove all the way home to see that I had to drive all the way back to demand the rest of my order. Will NOT be back at this specific location until some training takes place..get it together.

I’ve tried to be faithful to whataburger in Pleasanton but it’s just been getting worse and worse. I ordered A #1 with onions rings, waited in the drive through line for 40mins then when I came up to get my order they asked if I can Wait 5-6 mins for onions rings!! Horrible service, these pass couple of months whataburger has been down! From now on I’ll take my business down the road.
