Actual fruit and veggies blended with superfoods, everything is made fresh to order, I think the reviews complaining about the wait time, are people who are expecting fast food, but it's not, you can order online if you don't want to wait. People complaining that it lacks flavor are, in my opinion, people who are used to sugar and artificial flavors. People who complain about price don't realize you are paying for organic fruit and superfoods not ice and powder flavors or sorbets, you pay for what you get. I love vitality bowls and I eat a lot there

Took about ten minutes for two smoothies in the middle of a busy Saturday afternoon. Not bad.. And low calorie, healthy meals.
