The steak was super dry. The tortilla was hard from the burrito. The meat here always look dry before you even place your order. Maybe they are cooking the meat to early and letting it sit too long. Time for training 101 all over again.

Hadn't been here in awhile. Place was just ok. Staff was not engaging. Just serving food like a cafeteria worker. I had steak tacos. They were good, not great. It will prolly be another while before I go back.

Husband enjoys picking up food here. Staff wears masks and the evening manager is great.

Not sure what it is about this place, but the rice is always bland and its a 50/50 shot that it'll even be cooked entirely (same goes for the beans) The staff isn't very friendly and the food is always cold when I pick up an online order. I've had none of these issues with the Racine location. Maybe its the management or staff not being trained properly, but they need to get it together because I prefer Chipotle over Qdoba any day!

Post covid world, rules were clearly stated. They were expedient and serious during lunch. I got a burrito bowl. Double steak. Food is always good at chipotle. This one was fresh. No seating available so I grabbed my bowl takeout. Entire experience inside was around 6 minutes from start to finish. Parking lot is a bit busy, so during lunch rush, watch out for those a-holes pulling out of spaces and not looking

Food was ready quickly and absolutely delicious! Also was pleasantly surprised to see paleo, keto, vegetarian, and vegan options and they look amazing, not just a pile of lettuce. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely order food here again.

I usually like Chipotle a lot. Last time, my burrito bowl was kind of cold and I got more than a few crunchy pieces of rice. Yuck.
