Subway

Absolutely worst subway ever!! I placed an order on the app and went to the restaurant to get it. The "manager" (let's be real any manager that acts like her should be ashamed of herself and be fired!!) Claimed to not receive it and would not even acknowledge that I was at the right restaurant. She then decided to not acknowledge our order at all and told us we could cancel by calling the number, so we did. Then she decided to tell us she would not be answering the phone to cancel our order. This is borderline fraud! Be careful ordering from the restaurant online, you might not get your food or your money.

Service was super slow. The two girls were taking a family at a time so the line was super long. The youngest looking girl added a bunch of jalapeños even though I asked her for light, and she added a lot more mayo than I usually get to my sandwich. She didn’t even look like she wanted to work there..

If i could give this 0 stars I would. I do not understand how this location is open ..i gaurentee if they had a health inspector or a subway higher up come by as a fake customer they would be HORRIFIED. I've worked for subway about 3 years total at different locations. They are nowhere near up to code. I have tried going to this location 5 different times. Each time honestly worst then the last. People are not helpful, not nice, not CLEAN, wearing drug rug hoodies over their uniform (like of all hoodies it had to be the baggiest one with the more likely chance of carrying bacteria) its honestly mostly the cleaniness that freaks me out most. One of my coworkers told me the one time she went the same chick wearing the drug rug hoodie had put on her gloves and THEN scratched her head with her finger and then proceeded to make the food. My coworker told her that was not right and said something to who she assumed was the manager who didn't seem to care at all. Im honestly hoping someone higher up finds out. I was so excited Subway had come back in the mall but now i just want it to leave. This post is me just summing up things. I could say way more.. This is the worst establishment I have EVER been too hands down. Im sorry
