Own and operated by a local brothers who know how to do pizza right. This is not a chain restaurant but a lightly upscale pizza joint with good atmosphere.
Great Food and service. We love everything that we have tried. The pizzas are made fresh daily with quality ingredients. If you ask for sausage, you get fresh cooked sausage, not a handful of frozen pellets of something that resemble meat.They don't skimp on the toppings. The cheese bread is amazing, but you must love cheese! They are very cheesey and served with your choice of house made Ranch dressing or marinara sauce. The pastas are also very good, my fave is the creamy pesto. The salads are excellent, but not gourmet (which suits me fine) and they have just added a new wedge salad. I love wedge salads and they do this one right! Prices are very reasonable, and the portions are fairly large. Service is very friendly.
Awesome gem!. This is a great little pizza place in downtown Pleasant Grove. One of the best pizzas here is the lemon pesto. Especially during fresh tomato season it is absolutely awesome. The pasta portion size comes in half or full. The half size is plenty big enough to eat for lunch. They also carry Coke products, and have an awesome Diet Coke. The margarita pizza is always a fave. You won't be disappointed.
The pizza and pasta are very tasty! The BBQ chicken pizza was one of the best we have had. Very friendly staff and a clean environment. Will be back soon!
Okay old-school pizza. Even mediocre pizza is usually worth eating. Firebird wasn't great pizza, but it was still worthwhile.
I tried a combo-sort of pizza (pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms, onions, etc.). The cheese was mild, soft, and piled thick. The sausage was also mild, but decent. The mushrooms had huge flavor; I really liked those. If you like your pizza piled high with toppings, you'll probably like this place.
But, I have to give a thumbs down to the crust. It was a little overdone, but the main problem was that it was too bready, and had very little chew.
Not the best, but still alright because it's pizza.
Pizza was really good. Lunch special was reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and restraint was nice and clean. Good service. Will return soon
Invited to lunch with a friend today at Firebird Pizza. Blown away by the entire experience. Awesome vibe and feeling in the dining area, the staff was friendly and helpful (remember when that wasn't a rare thing!) And the food was phenomenal. I ordered a calzone and it was easily the best calzone I've had anywhere in Utah. Do yourself a favor and go check them out
Great service great food. The pizza dough is awesome. I got the build your own calzone deal which is pretty good. I would pay extra for more protein toppings next time. Flavors were great and they were busy and the orders came out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.
Firebird Pizza & Pasta is one of our absolute favorites! Both for eating in & take out. The house salad is delicious. The ingredients are so fresh. The loaded cheesy bread is really yummy! Pizza is great. But one of the stand out favorites is the fettuccine alfredo. We like to add chicken & bacon. It tastes incredible! It’s so creamy & reheats really well. The service is great. The staff is kind & friendly.
Was able to come and visit Firebird pizza for the first time in Pleasant Grove and it was phenomenal! Pizza was so good in the texture of the sauce is comparable to the amazing pizza of New York City!
Keep doing what you’re doing Firebird Pizza and pasta, can’t wait to bring the family back here!
I was pleasantly pleased to find they had a gluten free option for pizza here. It was crispy and had no strange taste that a lot of gluten free products can have. I didn't have to cheat on my gluten free diet! Pizza is my biggest weakness when it comes to eating gluten free. Thank you Firebird for offering this option!

Their pepperoni pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and the Feisty Firebird specialty pizza were all good. I do favor the garlic butter dipping sauce with all the pizzas!
Also tried their pzookie (which I never knew they carried until another friend suggested it!) - it was also good! So lucky to know that this place is so close to home!

Visiting the area. This local eatery is a gem. The pizza came out quickly and was delicious! One of my colleagues requires gluten-free and stated the crust was perfect. Would definitely recommend eating here!
Got the eponymous “Firebird” pizza. Really impressive! Crispy chicken means no dryness, the base sauce (I think it’s a faintly spicy ranch) works well, cooked to perfection, good crust, toppings are very well chosen!
The pizza was great! Pizza is one of my favorite foods and will have to return next time I’m in the area!
