This location is awesome. I was seated immediately and had the pleasure of being seated with Nikki as my waitress, she was awesome! She was very friendly and very attentive to not only me but my daughters as well, they call her Ms. Nikki. As many times as i have ordered from BWW this was my best wing experience. I ordered lemon pepper traditional wings with the dry rub and the sauce, and these wings were the BOMB! SO GOOD! The location is definitely at the top of my list. Not to mention, my Tito's Mule was very good!
The reason I am writing this review is because of the wonderful service my family and I received. I wish I remembered our waitress’s name because she deserves a promotion. It was fairly busy when we arrived, but we were seated immediately and it was not long before our fabulous waitress brought us our drinks and took our order. One of the appetizers we ordered would not be ready for a little while and she brought us a different appetizer on the house while we waited. Despite being very busy she was very attentive to us and she was extremely friendly. The food was a little slow coming out but the once it was ready it was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed and overall it was a wonderful experience.
Got my free six birthday wings from Buffalo Wild Wings at Broward Mall. I was the first one in on a Wednesday morning - the gentleman helped me out with typing in my phone number because my app wasn't working. I asked if I needed to wait 15 minutes, and he said it takes less than five. In less than a minute and a half, he came out with the six mild buffalo sauce wings.
This BWW is located on Broward Mall. Setting is definitely for sports (many TV's). We were seated right away. Friendly staff.
There was an issue with my chicken sandwich which was quickly replaced (I opted for a beef burger option just to be on the safe side). Food was somewhat bland for my palate, but overall juicy and fresh. I ordered the Cheese Curd Burger and my friend had the American Cheeseburger.
The Black Cherry Mezgarita was okay, but had an aftertaste.
Would go back here and recommend.
Took a minute to get someone's attention, but overall, I had a good experience. Food was done in 15 minutes, as stated, and it was yummy!!! The bartender who took my order was very pleasant and youthfully happy. Enjoyed my visit immensely. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!
Love this place. It's rare to go into a restaurant and see the general manager walking around greeting people. I been coming here for a little over a year now and the place has improved tremendously. It's always clean and the food comes out pretty fast. All around great environment to watch the fights as well!
We attended this specific location yesterday for late lunch, We were waitted by Gustavo; His service was on point, very social/friendly and attentive towards Customer's (Great/quality guest service) We noticed the booth's having these USB outlets and it is Genius (well done Buffalo wings!!!) 👌🏼 Place was super CLEAN specially the bathrooms!!!!! (seems hard now-a-days to find well stocked clean bathrooms) Buffalo Wings has Leveled up! 👌🏼👌🏼
Food is always on point. Special shout out to Gus always going above and beyond with his customer service. He always makes the experience at Buffalo Wild Wings great! The manager on duty on this date was also incredible and hooked me up on my birthday! I should've gotten his name also.
Had arrived late around 11... No wait time.. service was very good. All the order tasted good.
This BWW has been here for a while. Like a staplen in the community. They were very balanced. And I'd say it was missing that extra thing from customer service to get a five. But great food and good service to the letter!! I'd definitely recommend here and still enjoy it when I go there. Get that Asian Zing!
