I came in after work and was sat right away, after being happily welcomed in. My order was taken right away and my server made sure I had their happy hour menu. My drink and my food came out very quick, and it was heavenly. I got mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were hot, crunchy, and just overall delicious. For my meal, I ordered the cinna-stack pancakes. They were so light, fluffy, and tasted amazing. Overall, my whole experience was one of the best I have had in a restaurant. Very attentive staff, very caring, and always one step ahead. I’d recommend in a heartbeat, I will definitely be back.
The server waiting on me made my whole day. She was so sweet and so attentive. I wish I had remembered her name. She was absolutely delightful 😊 oh and the food was good. Wouldn't order a pancake with strawberries again. I like that dish better with the gel kind of artificial strawberry sauce. This came with real strawberries. Most people would prefer that, I'm sure. The pancake was light and fluffy, and the coffee was good.
This was our first time at this location, and the only bad thing was that it took someone at least 20 minutes to come take our order (which I understand it was a Sunday morning)and they did not have the activity paper for the kids. Which sucks because my kids enjoy doing them, but overall the food was delicious, and freah also, our waitress was very nice. I would definitely take drive back to this location .
I can’t speak for the food or ambiance or service because this was a takeout order but it was delicious! If you’re craving a sweet tooth I recommend the cinnamon dippers and the cheesecake pancakes. Absolutely delicious!
Food was good. The waitress was a little annoyed that we wanted to move to another table to accommodate my dad to be closer to the restroom. Afterwards, she was smiling while taking our order, which was a plus. She made great suggestions saying the Willy Wonker lemonade is sweet and geared for children's taste and would probably be too sweet for an adult.
The food was delicious. We enjoy Chicken Pancake, a Combo with strawberries, a French Toast and another Pancake. The portions are huge and really good! The ambiente typically for an IHOP. Our service stuff was okay not tje most friendly one but okay. We had to wait long and ask for additional coffee. But we would recommend and go again.
Food and service was fantastic. Everything was delicious. If I don't like something, I will give it a bad review as you can see from my other reviews.
This IHOP is nicely renovated. Clean and much nicer than others in the area. The
wait staff was polite, attentive and could be found anytime we needed them. My only complaint, and that's where the 3☆ come in. There is always something missing or out of stock when we order food. Every time. Then, after they served me my food that was missing the main ingredient, when I told them about it, I never heard from a manager, never was offered a different meal and never had the check adjusted for the faulty meal. Managers need to do a walk through once in a while to see how the customers are being treated and if everything is up to their expectations.
Decent service, can't tell if you seat yourself at first but you don't. Food didn't take too long considering only a few people were working. Pancakes and French toast cooked well, grilled chicken wasn't too tasty. The fried shrimp was surprisingly nice albeit a bit greasy. They offer refills instantly which was nice.
Menus have been updated a bit so don't rely too much on the photos of menus.
It’s late and you are wondering where to go get some good food. I say IHOP. This place knows how to take hunger away. Give them a try. You will see what I mean ☺️😋
