Stopped to get dinner only meat they had was tenders at 8:30 and none were cooked. But because I was in drive thru I was stuck so I ordered the food and waited 8 minutes for my food. The worst customer service ever. Couldn’t even order food this morning. The person at the drive through literally said to place my order when I’m ready and I’m saying hello for a good 3minutes with no response. What a waste of an employee. Hire decent people. Taking an order is not that difficult. I did order from Popeyes down the street with no issue. It’s always something here

2nd time going through drive through and missing items, I questioned to make sure all was in the bag. I was assured everything was in the bag.NOT .. tired to call 22 times and one picks up the phone. THANKS KFC for making me look like and idiot when I took the food to the family gathering.

Worst KFC ever....waited in line for nearly 30min, then was told there was no more fries and mash potatoes. The box with the biscuits in it was not properly close and biscuits of course fell out. There was not a single napkin in the bag , considering the fact I ordered an 8 piece family meal. The portion was very little not enough to feed 2 people. Then the cashier handed me my drinks with the lid getting ready to come off, would think she would have fix it first no instead she proceeded to hand me my drink with the lid not on securely. 🤦🏾♀️

This was the worst experience EVER!! My delivery took an hour and a half. It’s obvious they waited till they closed to deliver my food even though I ordered and hour before they closed. Then they give you a number to call and that person won’t even answer no matter how many times you call. Online ordering g thru the app is absolutely pointless. How corporate keeps employees like this is mind blowing to me considering all the awful reviews I’ve read all over the internet about this location. It makes me think the district manager is definitely not doing his job or checking his numbers much less checking on their stores in their districts. It’s not hard to be polite and give people what they paid for and ordered. Overall just an awful experience and I will never eat their again!

We just waited in this line for ever just for them to tell us that they are closed. So do all fast food restaurants close 30 minutes before they really close! I don’t see how that stay in business with this bull. I’ll never go back

Absolutely the most disgusting KFC. Not only is this location super dirty but the employees there are super rude. Especially the girl with the hair so long it practically drags on the floor and she doesn't wear a hair net. She has the worst attitude. 🤮 I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down with all the violations. Never again.
