I don’t like giving 1 star but the guy who took my order yesterday at 8:45 in the evening was rushing too much in a disrespectful way. when I took a couple of seconds to think of an add on to my bowl. Firstly he said make it faster. When I was proceeded to checkout he said you should know and say all the add ons at once. He doesn’t need to teach me how to place an order. I have placed thousands of custom orders but never been told like this. Teach customer service to crew who take orders!

Normally service is good, but tonight despite me being polite the one making my meal was short with his responses and appeared very bothered. Do to this I had to continuously ask for a regular amount of eat item. I still didn't even get full amount of rice.

I’ve consistently had problems with this Chipotle. This time I stopped by on a weekday around noon. When me and a couple others walked in they said they are “super behind” and “can’t open for another hour and a half or so.” Seriously people. That was the final straw for me with Chipotle.

Good food but not many options late at night. Also got sick both times I ate here and no other chipotle or restaurant has done that to me.

The beans and rice have been hard lately, with a crunch to it. I usually go in the afternoon, but out of disappointment I decided to go when they first opened expecting everything to be fresh. Unfortunately, the beans and rice were even worse @ this location. I don't want to just point this location out, there are many many locations that are going downhill.
Yesterday was my last day eating Chipotle.

The food was fresh, service was quick & easy! Great portion size offered & the staff didn't hesitate when asked for items on the side.

Food quality and portions since I last ate at a Chipotle have improved. I especially love I have a brown rice option although they could cook it a bit longer so it isn't slightly crunchy.

They ran out of steak and stood me up for 10 minutes then put some pink bloody meat in little cup and dumped on my rice when i complained the add some more same thing and charged me for double
