I was at the store at 11:30pm on 12/10/19 and the air machine took my money and the man working said he wouldn’t refund me and he can’t do anything and to speak with the manager tomorrow. He went back to eating like everything was fine just looking at me. Very rude and disrespectful. 7 eleven employees are making the store look absolutely terrible. Never again. That’s why they have 2 stars. There’s so many places who actually respect you and will take care of you. This store is not one of them.

Lady that works at nights is probably top 10 most incompetent employees out of any industry I’ve seen. Leaves the store unattended for long periods of time, apparently doesn’t know that the ages for alcohol/tobacco are 21/18, and by that I mean I was born in 1990, so there should be no question as to whether or not I’m old enough especially once ID is already in her hand. Also apparently thinks it takes 10 minutes to read 2 numbers off of an ID. Also apparently thinks that she can just call customers out of line in any order instead of processing them in the order that cashiers generally process customers. Last note, I work delivery service and have to pick up orders from this store often. Totally gets me bent enough every time that I’ve been in there maybe 10 times since I’ve moved out here and I am really dreading ever going in there again for any reasons. P.s. y’alls bathrooms stay looking like y’all have a third world standard of cleanliness.

The man who works overnight is extremely rude and unhelpful. There are never any hot dogs on the roller grill in the mornings. I asked him if I could just microwave a couple of them, and he refused. I have never seen a 7-11 where the roller grill wasn't loaded and ready for the morning rush, no later than 6AM. I will take my money someplace where it is wanted, and where the people are polite and helpful.

I’ll be all the time to buy Colombia coffee . Lady all way there , I think she wok night sheet . She rolled me did she can’t make coffee for only one customer . No recomendable. Bad costumer service too.

Was trying to use their the air pump but found out that the machine didn't take credit card and I didn't have any quarters with me. So went inside for some help. The owner told me I had to buy some stuff before he would exchange some quarter for me. I had to ask many time what he meant because this guy's accent was so heavy that it sounded like another language. Don't go this place and save yourself some energy!
