Sad to see this is STILL up after all these months.
Fun fact: average yearly pay for a team member at KFC is $18k / year. People cannot live off of rates like this and you'll continue to be short staffed until you do better. But blaming the workers shows extremely poorly on management and we won't be coming here anytime soon.

I've never had to wait so long on fast food like I did here. When I went back to the window the lady (who was actually really nice) said only 3 more minutes. A whole 7 minutes more passed. The kitchen needs to get it together.

Tried to give this kfc a second chance but I couldn’t even eat it. This is the second time I’ve gotten food from them and the chicken was just off like it was bad or hadn’t been cleaned properly. Seriously disgusting and a waste of money. Never again.

Ordered a 3pc white (a breast and 2 wings). Was told it would be about 6 minutes on the wings. After 15+ minutes they brought my order to the car. I get back to work and I have 2 breast, no wings and one breast was half done….. will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN…

KFC showing you that before you even apply, the managers are gonna be petty and treat you terribly. Looks like they need a management change or a higher starting pay.

Make sure to count the pieces on your order before you leave the store. This happened to me three times, including today's order, where I got less than the amount I ordered. I ordered a 16 piece bucket but only received 12, a 12 piece bucket and only received 10, and a 12 piece bucket where I only received 11 today.
