Wendy's

This is the best Wendy's we have been to. We live in Frisco and drive to this Wendy's. They have great customer service. They are very nice, patient and have speedy service. The food was fresh and great! I can't say names on here but I stopped by today at 6:30 and the members on this shift is always awesome!

I normally love Wendy's and have no issues. But this was a first visit to this Coit location using the drive-thru. I ordered a 4pc chicken tender meal medium combo with sweet ice tea. I take my lunch to go to work. But boxed was 3 tenders instead of 4!!! It was not the deal this pregnant working lady needed today. Service at the pick up window was subpar, I had to asked 3 times for honey mustard sauce for my tender when asking if I could have some to put in the bag. But I got ketchup for the fries. The employee stared blankly at me but ended up giving me 1 sauce packet which was apparently enough for my shorted tenders I found out later. Needless to say I wasn't offered a receipt but should have asked for one. $7.24 for 3 tenders combo wasn't worth the drive back to get the missing tender. For lunch I debated to go to Raising Canes, I should have listened to my instincts than to go for the more "convenient" location.
