I've been to multiple Pho Que Huong locations and honestly their food just never disappoints! There's multiple places to get Vietnamese food in the area, but this one has kept it's spot as one of my top favorites. The meat is always cooked perfectly - so flavorful and tender. Personally I love their vermicelli- but I've tried many items and they have all around consistently good food. I don't think you could go wrong with any choice. The only thing I would say is that the service is not consistently especially friendly/helpful, so it would be nice if they improved in that area, but I'm going to still keep going for the food :)

Let me start by saying I only picked up food and never sat in the location. I did however, ask for Siracha and I only received a small portion for two whole meals and an order of spring rolls.
The food:
Chicken rolls - These were filled with lettuce noodles and chicken. The lettuce was so overpowering and didn't make it taste good at all. Im my previous "spring roll" experiences there are additional veggies, i.e. carrots, cucumbers, cabbage in some instances and bean sprouts. Here, there was none of that. The peanut sauce that went as a sauce was watery and had no flavor.
Chicken Fried Rice - Lacked flavor and salt. There were big chunks of broccoli that had no flavor. Definitely wouldn't have it again.
Chicken Noodle Soup - The chicken breast was juicy and the broth had good flavor. It wasn't enough to make me want to come back but if you must go here at least you know this dish is pretty good.

This place is not sanitary. I had ordered the beef pho. They added the raw meat in with noodles and blood seeped all over the noodles. I had to throw all the noodles and seasonings away. Please package your raw meat separately. disgusting, I do not recommend

worst customer service ever. I’ve been going to this place for years, but everything about this location has significantly declined. Food portions are smaller, taste quality is lacking, but the biggest disappointment is definitely the rude lady at the front and the waitstaff. My last couple of visits it was literally empty inside yet they seemed so annoyed at the fact that we came in?? Bad attitude and they didn’t give any bowls, plates, utensils or even water until we asked for it after waiting 20 minutes lol. Even rude on the phone multiple times too when ordering for pickup. 0/10 recommend.

Pho portion is good (large bowl). I’ve never had shredded lettuce (just normal lettuce) or fried onions in spring rolls before. It was different but didn’t taste bad.

paid for large pho. Received small pho found out when I got home. Call them. The man on the phone was rude.

Low quality food, service was also bad. Was rushed the whole time when ordering and it was not even busy. The sauce for the nem nuong meatballs tasted absolutely rancid. Chicken pho had only slices of chicken breast, noodles, and broth. Meh experience, will not be returning.

Been going here for years now. Our go-to pho spot in the upper Collin area! Try P-17 (beef brisket) with their authentic Vietnamese coffee and you'll be set for your day. Check it out!
