It’s wild they charge this much for the quality you get. 9/10 the steam room is always broken, the dryer for your wet clothes I have never seen work the year I’ve gone here, not to mention the gym is beyond packed no matter what time you come in. Even the wet clothes bags are empty. Today was the worst time though. There wasn’t any towels besides a very few amount the locker room was trashed and several other issues. I don’t think this is worth the 100+ for a membership at least this location..literally nothing is stocked..tissues, wet towels to clean equipment, bags for wet clothes, big or little towels, paper towels…this is unreal

Beautiful, clean facility! Great for kids:) My 4 girls ages 6-11 enjoy rock climbing 🧗‍♀️ basketball and the slides 🛝 in the indoor and outdoor pools! Amazing tennis too. Take a tour and get a free week family pass then become a member. If you get friends to join they give you money for cafe or the spa! I have dyed my hair there and had the best hydro facial of my life!! You will not regret keeping your whole family fit and in one stop shop! Family that sweats together stays together 🏋️‍♀️

I used to work in the gym industry for 5 years. Lifetime by far exceeds all expectations from equipment to customer service. I have used almost all the service from massage to juice bar and not one bad word. The locker rooms are clean 99% of yhe equipment is always working, tons of cardio, and no intimidating members. Totally worth every penny to be apart of this center and community

Very nice upscale fitness club. Lots of equipment that is upgraded frequently, large staff of experienced trainers, variety of free & paid classes offered from 6am - 8pm. On-site Cafe, large indoor & outdoor pools, large locker rooms with showers & sauna kept very clean, upgraded hospital-level ventilation system.

I was interested in trying out the facility for free one day before signing up for the membership. My friend was able to get a free pass. I called the facility on the phone and they told me I could come in to get my free pass. I accidentally walked into the tennis club but they gave me my free pass and told me to show it at the facility. When I went through the main entrance however, it was a completely different story. The receptionist said it would be a $40 pass just for the day. Despite that being insanely expensive when I wanted to try out the facility for just 30 minutes, I told her that two other employees told me I could get a free pass and my friend came for free just two days ago. She looked me in the eyes and did not say a word and turned around. She was inconceivably rude. This place is outrageously expensive, does not honor their word, and does not how to treat others. This one star is for the two employees who were kind that I initially spoke to, even though they apparently gave me the wrong information.

I have been a loyal lifetime fitness member for years. Over time, and especially after the onset of COVID, this gym has deteriorated significantly. First, the hours were slashed from being 24 hours. The gym now closes at 11 PM or 12 AM - a sad state for a “premium” gym that charges more than $120 per month per member. These condensed hours also mean that everyone is forced to come at the same times, so expect to wait on every machine and every amenity in the building between 4-10 pm. And if you enjoy hooping, don’t even bother. They have 1 functional court since the other has been missing a backboard for months. Not to mention all the rims are crooked and the courts are so dusty it’s a safety hazard to run on them. You would think a “premium” gym with thousands of members would be able to take care of a missing backboard in a timely fashion, but not at this lifetime! It’s more disappointing than anything since the gym used to be a great place to get a full workout at any time pre 2020. I hope it returns to its former self, especially since these issues are very easily fixed.

The facilities at the gym are amazing. However I think their staffs have discrimination issue for Asian customers. We scheduled a tour at 4pm the other day, and we came on time, but waited until 4:40pm, and no one showed us around. There were two couple came after us, not sure if they made appointment or not, but one of the staffs helped both couples before us. We even remind the front desk staffs that we came before them, but they just asked us to sit down and wait.
