The lady who wrote night shift isn’t very kind. We did our mobile order and it’s like she poured salt in the bag. Salt everywhere! Someone with high blood pressure should definitely not eat here!

We walked in it was a bit busy we did have to wait about 5 minutes for a couple of stools to open up at the bar. The waitress arrived promptly with a pleasant attitude. She took our drink order and returned for the food order. I had the waffles plain and my partner had the all American with a side of toast. It came with in 15min was hot and tasted very good. The store was clean and well lite. The menu is significantly smaller but enough variety to make everyone happy.

It's McDonald's, you know it can be real hit or miss. I've had some good experiences with this one, but today definitely has me considering frequenting another close by McDonald's on my lunch break. They tried to tell me my mobile order wasn't for their store even when I confirmed the address at the speaker and gave them my order code a few times. When they did finally find it things went fine until I got my food. They forgot an item (didn't have time to go back for it by the time I realized since I have a short break for lunch), sloppily put together my chicken sandwhich with an overcooked, burnt chicken patty and over cooked fries. I'd recommend going to another McDonald's if you know there is one close by, this store is pretty inconsistent with their service and a pain to get to because of construction on Coit.

If you go here late at night, they will 99% of the time not accept card or mobile payment, even though less and less people use cash these days. And make sure to double check your order, they will often forget sauces. Most of the time the food is good but if you come late at night or are just unlucky you will likely get cool, crusty burgers with unmelted cheese and soft fries. Other than that, the prices are good, and the workers were never rude to me, at least not in the few months I've been visiting there.

tried spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and fries with shakes/McCafe drinks for takeaway. Tastes good, fries were medium salty. Friendly staff, not much rush, quick service. Also have low budget menu like $1, 2 3.

The service at this restaurant is far and away the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Upon arriving at the store, I walked into the bathroom to find more paper towels on the floor than in the dispenser. There were paper towels clogging the urinal and the toilet. After my trip to the bathroom, we were greeted by a rude employee telling us to order at the kiosk rather than at the counter she was supposed to be manning. I'm embarrassed at the terrible quality of my local McDonalds.

This by far the rudest McDonald’s I’ve encountered I frequent this McDonald’s quite often. The night time lady isn’t very Customer friendly , I was on drive thru, line was moving really slow. I waited a total of 7 min just to get to the speaker. When I pulled up to the speaker and she said “hold on a minute” and I said “okay” then I could hear them laugh in the background. And then after 2 min she took my order and had a whole attitude the whole time. She kept interrupting me while I was trynna make my order, and I said you’re rude. And she could careless idk if she’s a manager there but if she is then u need to change your management. Don’t come here unless u wanna get your night ruined.

How Pointless is this app!?
I have a hurt leg, a torn meniscus & a torn calf muscle. I got the app & requested table service as I don’t trust myself walking with a tray of food as I stumbled quite a bit & lose balance. I also have my toddler with me who likes to bolt away recently. I ordered, as I have many times at other McDonald’s & put in my table #. 15 minutes pass then 20, nothing. There’s no customers in the front, and one employee has been walking in & out dropping off drive they orders but not very often… I finally waddled up there to ask, my food was sitting the entire time. Hash brown was soggy & the pancake container was full of condensation from just sitting on the counter in a plastic bag.
