Giving 2 stars because the pizza was delivered on time (during the estimated time) however the pizza looked awful. We typically order just cheese pizza original crust but this time we wanted to try the epic stuffed crust (which costs about $3 more) and I received what looked like they ran out of cheese on the pizza when they stuffed the crust? It was floppy and burned underneath and just sad. I know we are going through awful times and it’s hard to keep workers but hopefully you can find someone that can make a better looking and tastier pizza than what I received yesterday. I could have spent that $50 on going out to eat instead.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Previous delivery order was delivered with open box and missing side of garlic sauce and banana peppers.
Called to complain and manager said I would get 40% off next order.
Tried to order again today and it was a disaster.
First I was told they have no record of the discount I was previously offered and said the best they can do is 25%. (Frustrating but whatever) I tried to order “Pick Your Fave” of medium pizza and garlic knots. But I was told the medium pizza does not apply to the “Pick your Fave” although it was listened on website. After a long back and forth and the lady just trying to sell me a large pizza she finally agrees and gets the medium pizza and garlic knots on the bill under “Pick your Fave”
Total was $13.xx. She asked if paying in person or over the phone. I requested to apply the 25% off discount and was told “no you can’t combine offers”. I explained that I understand if it was a regular discount but the discount came from their previous mistake and should be honored. She said those kinds of things can only be handled in store. I say ok I will pay for it in the store then to get this squared away. After a moment of pause she says I am only able to pay over the phone to void the possibility of getting the discount.
The entire situation was so frustrating. I will never order from here again. I rather call little Cesar’s, dominos, Pizza Hut. Anywhere BUT here

Pizza was ordered for carry out. I ordered a large and medium pizza. The medium hand tossed pepperoni and beef pizza was just ok. The problem was with large Hawaiian with bacon pizza. I had papa size to large from a medium, but there was no bacon on thr pizza and the crust on it was so thick at edge that it might as well just ordered medium pizza. Save your money and order medium instead.

Pizza arrived on time but was cold. Not cool. Cold. Ordered extra pepperoni but did not see where that may have been provided. Overall, blah and will try someone else in the future.

I do not recommend using delivery at this location they use a 3rd party service and orders always come late and cold spoke with Landon at the store and advised me they could not send a new order out or get in contact with the driver I will be making a bbb complaint why would I want to keep getting free pizza what comes cold?

Try not to order from here. They guy who was cashier told me he been working more than 5 years with this company and he know there is extra cheese if yall think there is extra cheese in this two pizza then please let me know. I had to waste my time and my friends have to wait when i know they were hungry. Secondly show some respect and apologize. If you cant then just close down your store.

Terrible experience!! Order arrived 45 minutes after promised. The driver was extremely rude, come to find out it was a doordash driver. I called to let the manager know and he could careless about my complaint. This will be our last time ordering from this location.

Good customer service most days have tooken my order and surprised me with fast great delivery service. I'm just glad they work hard as a team to make it all happen. Tip every driver they have earned it! Thank you Papa John's manager D
