If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people don’t know the difference between steak and seasoned beef. I paid MORE for a steak quesarito and they send me a seasoned beef quesarito. Disgusting. I don’t even eat seasoned beef. It clearly said on the receipt “steak”. I added onions and jalapeño sauce. Didn’t get anything but this nasty seasoned beef.

This place is the least consistent location I've experienced of any kind. I can look over the drink machines rarely working, I can even adapt to being required to order through the app when going after midnight, but wasting 1/3 of my lunch break waiting at the speaker and the window trying to get someone's attention and failing ensures I'll never give them a chance again. Completely unprofessional. I could even see my order on the screen! When you're the worst taco bell it's a real achievement.

I've had issues here before but this last visit Friday evening was the worst drive through experience I've had. The wait was absurd enough that three cars in line ahead of me just left but a long wait on a busy night is understandable. I ordered on the mobile app and when I finally made it to the window I reiterated my order and let them know the person in front of me was one of three people to pull out of line just so there was no confusion with the items. I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch combo with pepsi swapping crunchy for soft on the two tacos and adding the promotional naco fries. I received my Pepsi and peeked in the bag and saw my nacho fries. Wrongly assuming I had the correct items and in a hurry not hold the line up any longer I made my return trip home. After taking the nacho fries out I realized to my dismay that there were no softs tacos or a cheesy gordita crunch. Instead I got some random beef burrito and an empty used taco shell. Mixing up an order while aggravating is more understandable than boldly wrapping up an empty used taco shell to give to a customer. Definitely never returning to this location.

Well.....this is my first 4/5 star review. I ordered a #3 (crunchy tacos) and all three shells were cracked or broken. Sure, it’s a first world problem, and I’m probably being petty, BUT there is just something very saddening about a broken taco shell. It has one job to do. Let the shell do it’s job and be gentle with them 😍 Besides that the order was FAST and without issues. I’d still come back!
