The overall experience was disappointing . While the adjacent vicinity of the gas pump was slick with ice making it dangerous to walk on , the kiosk pump would only allow the' pay inside ' at the cashier desk. The cashier pretty much shrugged off the ice and told me to pump gas at my own risk. Could do better with customer service for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased a sparkling water $1.29 and was charged the wrong price $1.59. When I brought it to the attendants attention he began to argue with me over the price. Then he proceeded to tell me he put it there because there was no room. This was a mistake made by the attendant not the customer. He didn't apologize or give the price posted. He just said oh well it's $1.59. The price wasn't the issue it's the treatment of customers buying from your store that's ridiculous 😒 please try customer service training it's much needed. I also have a picture of the product and the posted price.

For over a week since the ice storm, you have left sheets of Ice in front of your store so customers have to slip around on their way in with their kids in a busy parking lot. Anyone with common sense would sprinkle a little sand or salt on the area but you have chosen not to. Sounds like a no brainer to me.

I’m literally shaking!!! The cashier is very nasty and racist!!!! Received very POOR customer service!!! You should hire staff that knows how to treat/talk to customers. Definitely will be going to Quiktrip which is right across the street and treats their customers right. IM DISGUSTED WITH 7-Eleven!!!

When trying to report a pump not working the attendant acted as though I was incompetent. She went to the pump herself, attempted to "show me how to use it" and was incredibly surprised to find that I was, in fact, smart enough to use the pump. After repeated attempts she finally moved me to a pre-paid pump, however the constant re-trying of the pump caused a hold on my account for over a week.

To often there is only one person working during peak hours and the line is 5-10 people deep. Couple that with an old, slow credit card machine and it takes​ the convenience out of the convenience store.

This 7-11 location is very popular with morning commuters heading south for work. Compared to other locations (e.g. Spring Creek & Coit), this 7-11 is larger, cleaner, and easier to get in and out of without risking getting hit by another vehicle. Gas prices are (coincidentally?) the same or a penny off from what's charged at the QuikTrip across the road. If heading northbound on Preston, the QuikTrip is easier to use.
