[4/20/2022] [$12] we couldn’t get herbal thing today. So, this was the next best thing. they are but they are yummy. Friendly staffs and good frozen cow juice.

Got a sundae, on a Sunday, and it was uniquely BAD. How do you mess it up? Well, first you start with ice cream that is not frozen at the correct temperature, you can tell when they scoop it - you bury it in hot fudge and then you get an item that within 2 minutes is a milky soup over a seabed of fudge and nuts. What flavor is this bite? No idea, because it has all melted together into a grey brown stew. I would say next time, I'll get a quart to go, but at $15 per half gallon, who is gonna do that?

Alpa was super nice in helping me get an ice cream cake for my family. She wrote the message I wanted and was very sweet.

Asked for hand packed and got a quart that was two inches below the top. Asked to have her fill to top and she smoothed it out and stated, "It has enough ice cream". Based on many prior visits hand packed is all the way to the top, and smoothed out. Then asked to use my points and get credit for the sale, and salesperson said, "I don't know how to use it". Next time I'll buy a cookie from the store

I took my daughter and her Boyfriend for ice creme after our family dinner last night. I do weekly family dinner even though everyone lives in different locations. I like to hear what's going on. My daughter leaves to start her second year of Vet school on Saturday. We all enjoyed our various types of ice creme. Baskin Robbins is so yummy! It makes family Dinner even Sweeter!

It was so bad !!! It wasn’t thick just like water
It was milk with little bit of ice cream. I tried to return it but the worker was so aggressive he told me he washed the tools and he will not make another one for me. Also he didn’t let me know his name. It was 12:05 am (night shift) it was disgusting how he spoke with me. But the more disgusting the taste of the shake . I tried to taste it after that I throw in the garbage.

i have never been so in love with a place. i literally come like AT LEAST 3 or 4 times a week and get a peanut butter chocolate shake every single time. best thing I’ve ever tried in my entire life. it’s all i can think about sometimes I’m not even joking it’s just so good ugh. i went tonight and these 3 girls were working & idk the girls name but the shake she made me was the absolute best one I’ve ever had in my entire life i wish i would’ve gotten a medium cause i cannot get over how amazing it was

The staff was nice and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently to serve me and my kids our shakes. The place was clean and bright. But the dining area is still partially closed off.
