Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered something online for pickup and a friend offered to pickup my food, he decided to also buy something and look at the difference between ordering online and at the store my salad didn’t have any veggies it was pure hot red sauce with cheese and guacamole super spicy like I requested extra hot sauce in it- not mentioned the burrito for my 6’7” husband it was just pure tortilla nothing inside, also look at the extra guacamole that they charged 3 for it it was a piece of hard as rock avocado- completely upset with this store never coming back 😡

I have been to a lot of Chipotles. Some have been terrible. I am happy to say this is the best one I have been too! I went 3 days in a row once because the burritos were so good! I'm not sure why, but the taste, the portions, everything was perfect. This location has set the bar pretty high for the other spots.

These kids prepped TEN online orders while my girlfriend was standing in the front of the line, and she never got helped. We waited longer than most 5 star meals take to cook, and we were waiting for some dumpster quality chipotle chicken. Walked across the street to Jason’s Deli and got superior customer service. Try their Chicken Alfredo:)

This location has really gone down hill in the last year. Don't order online if you want correct portions. I ordered a bowl with extra rice and it looks like they put less rice than normal. 3/4 of the bowl was completely empty. The quality is terrible the past few times I've ordered from here, and I'm going to another location in the future.
